شناسایی عوامل موثر بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران مالی ناجا

هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی و سنجش عوامل موثر بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران مالی ناجا است به طوری که بتوان عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران مالی ناجا اعم از فردی، سازمانی و محیطی را شناسایی، و آنها را  اولویت‌بندی کرد. این مقاله از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل تمام مدیران مالی ناجا به تعداد 128 نفر است. روش نمونه‌ گیری تمام شمار است. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از اعتبار محتوایی به تایید رسید که از طریق اعمال نظر متخصصان در طراحی سوالات پرسشنامه لحاظ شد. برای سنجش پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مقدار0.814 به دست آمد که بیانگر پایایی خوب پرسشنامه است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ ها از آزمونهای کلموگروف اسمیرنوف و تحلیل رگرسیون و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است. یافته‌ های پژوهش نشان می دهد عوامل محیطی دارای بیشترین رتبه میانگین و عوامل سازمانی دارای کمترین رتبه میانگین است. بررسی نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این است که عوامل فردی، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل محیطی بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران مالی ناجا تاثیر دارد.

Identification of factors affecting performance improvement of financial managers of NAJA

The main purpose of this study is to identify and measure the factors affecting the performance of Naja financial managers in order to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the performance of Naja financial managers, both individual, organizational and environmental. This article is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey method. The study population consisted of all Naja financial managers with 128 members. The sampling method is integer. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity, which was taken into consideration by experts in designing the questionnaire questions. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was calculated to be 0.814, indicating good reliability of the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using KolmogorovSmirnov tests and regression analysis and Friedman test. Findings of this study show that environmental factors have the highest average rank and organizational factors have the lowest average rank. The results of the study indicate that individual factors, organizational factors and environmental factors influence the performance of financial managers of NAJA.
