مطالعه مجموعه‎های موزه‎های زنان جهان: ارائه ساختار پیشنهادی مجموعه موزه دانشگاهی زنان و علم در دانشگاه الزهرا(س)

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه ساختار پیشنهادی مناسب جهت ایجاد مجموعه موزه دانشگاهی زنان و علم در دانشگاه الزهرا(س) است.روش: این پژوهش دارای رویکرد کمی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. همچنین روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. از روش کتابخانه‌ای برای گردآوری داده‎ها استفاده شده و با توجه به هدف پژوهش، ابتدا مولفه‎های مهم مجموعه‎های موزه‎های زنان جهان از طریق بررسی وبسایت آن‎ها شناسایی و سیاهه وارسی بر اساس این مولفه‎ها تهیه شده و وبسایت 94 موزه زنان براساس فهرست انجمن بینالمللی موزه‎های زنان که در سایت این انجمن معرفی شده بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در تحلیل یافته‌ها نیز از فراوانی و درصد فراوانی نسبی حضور هر مولفه در جامعه پژوهش استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها ونتیجه‎گیری: موزه دانشگاهی زنان و علم، نیازمند خط‎مشی موازی با عملکرد دانشگاه است. محتوای این موزه می‎تواند شامل اشیا، اسناد و همه آثاری باشد که درباره زنان یا توسط زنان در علم تولید شده است. همچنین وجود نیروی متخصص علوم آرشیوی، مطالعات زنان و هنر در این موزه‎ها ضرورت دارد. از طرفی توجه به اهمیت ارائه خدمات در فضای مجازی می‎تواند نقش مهمی در دسترسی آزاد به اطلاعات داشته باشد. استفاده از مکانی برای ایجاد مجموعه موزه زنان و علم در فضای دانشگاه، به عنوان منبع غنی پژوهشی برای پژوهشگران و ایجاد ارتباط مستمر با مشاهیر و زنان شاخص در کشور نیز موثر است. همچنین به دلیل حادثه خیز بودن کشور، به نظر می‎رسد که اشتغال گروه مدیریت بحران در موزه‎های زنان ضروری است. در نهایت نیز به نظر می‎رسد ساختار پیشنهادی ارائه شده، می‎تواند الگوی مناسبی برای تشکیل مجموعه موزه زنان و علم دانشگاه الزهرا(س) باشد.

Study of the collections of world women museums: Presenting the proposed structure of the collection of the University Museum of Women and Science at Alzahra University

Purpose: This paper Purposes to provide a suitable structure for establishing the University Museum of Women and Science in Alzahra University.Methods and Research Design: This research has a quantitative approach and is applied in terms of purpose. Also, the method used in this research is a descriptive survey. The library method was used to collect data. According to the study's purpose, first, the important components of the collections of women's museums in the world were identified by reviewing their websites. A checklist was prepared based on these components, and The website of 94 Women's Museums has been reviewed based on the list of the International Association of Women's Museums that was introduced on the association's website. In the analysis of the findings, the frequency and relative frequency of each component's presence in the research community have been used.Findings and Conclusion: The University Museum of Women and Science needs a policy parallel to the university's performance. This museum's contents can include objects, records, and all works about women or produce by women in science. There is also a need for archival science, women studies, and art in these museums. On the other hand, considering the importance of providing services in cyberspace can play an essential role in free access to information. Using a place to create a specialized university museum of women and science in the university space as a rich research source for researchers and establishing continuous communication with celebrities and prominent women in the country is also effective. Due to the accident-prone country, it seems necessary to employ a crisis management team in women's museums. Finally, it appears that the proposed structure can be a good model for the formation of the Museum of Women and Science of Alzahra University.
