چکیده
|
چکیده- با توجه به این که نانو ذرات اکسید گرافن خواص اپتیکی غیرخطی خوبی دارند در این پژوهش به بررسی خواص اپتیکی غیرخطی این نانو ذرات پرداخته شده است. همچنین شیوه‌ای کارآمد برای تهیه اکسید گرافن به صورت پودر و بر اساس روش هامرز اصلاح شده ارائه گردیده است. ضریب شکست غیر خطی گرافن با استفاده از روش روبش-z تعیین گردید. در این روش از لیزر پیوسته نئودیم-یاگ با طول موج 532 نانو‌متر استفاده شده است.

Abstract
|
Abstract – As Graphene oxide nanoparticles have good nonlinear optical properties, in this study, the nonlinear optical properties of these nanoparticles have been investigated. Effective methods for preparing Graphene oxide in powder form have also been proposed based on the modified Hammers method. The nonlinear refraction index of Graphene was determined using the z-scan method. The experiments were performed by a continuous Nd-YAG laser with a wavelength of 532 nanometers
