چکیده
|
در این مقاله پاشندگی فونون های اپتیکی قطبی در چاه کوانتومی aln/gan/aln بررسی شده است. روابط پاشندگی مدهای انتشاری و مدهای نیم فضا بدست آمده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که طیف مد های نیم فضا شامل خطوط گسسته ای است و فرکانس مدهای متقارن و پادمتقارن رفتار افزایشی یا کاهشی با بردار موج دارند

Propagating and half-space phonon modes in AlN/GaN/AlN quantum well

Abstract
|
In this paper, the dispersion of polar optical phonons in AlN/GaN/AlN quantum wells is investigated. The dispersion relationships of the propagating and half-space modes are obtained. The results show that the half-space modes spectra include discrete lines and the frequency of the symmetric and asymmetric modes have increasing or decreasing behavior with increasing the phonon wave vector.
