توسعه جوامع محلی پیراشهری با تاکید بر نقش مدیریت مشارکتی (مورد: صفادشت)

هدف پژوهش حاضر، سنجش توسعه جوامع محلی پیراشهری صفادشت با تاکید بر نقش مدیریت مشارکتی است. روش تحقیق کمی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای، اسنادی و میدانی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر، ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و دارای ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و ازنظر روش، در گروه پژوهش کمی قرار دارد. همچنین به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از مدل تلفیقی (سورای فازی و کوپراس فازی) و نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر شامل دو بخش می باشد، بخش اول ساکنین محلی عرصه پیراشهری صفادشت می باشد که بر اساس نمونه گیری تصادفی و روش کوکران، تعداد (379 خانوار) به‌عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شد. در بخش دوم نیز جامعه آماری شامل افراد متخصص و صاحب‌نظر در این حوزه می باشد، با توجه به اینکه جامعه نمونه در  بیشتر مدل های فازی بین 20-30 نفر می باشد، در این قسمت از پژوهش نیز 20 نفر (متخصص) به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شد. نتایج مشخص کرد، وضعیت مدیریت مشارکتی و به دنبال آن وضعیت توسعه جوامع محلی در منطقه پیراشهری صفادشت در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد، بنابراین بین دو متغیر ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی مشاهده شد. در ادامه نیز، نتایج مدل تلفیقی (سواری فازی و کوپراس فازی) به‌منظور رتبه بندی میزان تاثیرپذیری مدیریت مشارکتی در هر یک از مولفه‌های مطرح‌شده در ابعاد (اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی) نشان داد، امتیاز کل بعد اجتماعی (72.34)، در وضعیت سبز و سطح کیفی خوب قرار دارد، و از بین مولفه‌های آن، بیشترین میزان تاثیر مدیریت مشارکتی در مولفه (مشارکت و کنترل محلی) می باشد. همچنین در بعد اقتصادی، امتیاز کل (72.48)، در وضعیت سبز و سطح کیفی خوب قرار دارد، و از بین مولفه‌های آن، عدالت و رفاه اقتصادی با امتیاز (73.11)، بیشترین میزان تاثیر را از مدیریت مشارکتی به خود اختصاص داده است.  درنهایت، امتیاز کل بعد زیست‌محیطی (71.345)، در وضعیت سبز و سطح کیفی خوب قرار دارد، و بین مولفه‌های آن، تقویت آگاهی های زیست‌محیطی با امتیاز (72.44)، بیشترین میزان تاثیرپذیری را از مدیریت مشارکتی به خود اختصاص داده است.

assessing the development of local communities in suburban areas with emphasis on the role of participatory management: safadasht

one of the major and structural harms of management in suburban areas, especially in matters of local community development, is bureaucracy and causes a lack of management initiative, in which participatory management can be effective. the purpose of this study is to assess the development of local communities in the urban area of ​​safadasht with emphasis on the role of participatory management. the research method is quantitative and based on library, documentary and field studies. an integrated model (fuzzy sura and fuzzy couperas) and spss software were used to analyze the data. the results showed that the situation of participatory management in the suburban area of ​​safadasht is unfavorable and consequently the development of local communities is not in a favorable situation, so a significant and positive relationship was observed between the two variables using spearman correlation test. then, using the integrated model (fuzzy ride and fuzzy copras) to rank the impact of each of the components in the dimensions (economic, social and environmental), the results showed that the score the whole social dimension (72/34) is in a green state and good quality level, and among the proposed components, the highest impact of participatory management in the component (participation and local control) and the least impact of participatory management in the component ( respect for human rights). in the economic dimension, the total score (72/48) is in a green condition and a good quality level. among the proposed components, the component of justice and economic welfare with a score (73/11), has the highest impact from participatory management. finally, the total score of the environmental dimension (71.345) is in a green condition and good quality level, and among the proposed components, the component of strengthening environmental awareness with a score (72.44), is the most effective. is dedicated to participatory management.
