واکاوی دگردیسی نقش غالب اقتصادی در روستاهای پیرامون کلانشهر اصفهان

نقش غالب اقتصادی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی با توجه به جایگاه آن ها در نظام تولیدی کشور همواره از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار بوده است. این نقش با توجه به شرایط محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی حاکم بر آن دستخوش تغییراتی می‌گردد. در این میان روستاهای نزدیک به شهرها به‌ویژه کلانشهرها، با توجه به روابط فضایی میان این دو و متاثر از شهر اصلی، بیش از سایر روستاها در معرض این تغییر و دگرگونی واقع می‌شوند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی فرایند دگردیسی روستاهای دهستان کرارج که در پیرامون کلانشهر اصفهان قرار دارند و عوامل به وجود آورنده این دگردیسی انجام‌شده است و در پی یافتن پاسخی روشن برای این سوال است که دگردیسی نقش غالب اقتصادی روستاهای پیرامون کلانشهر اصفهان متاثر از چه عواملی و در چه فرایندی بوده است و متاثر از این عوامل، این روستاها با چه پیامدهایی روبه­رو شده­اند؟. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی است و با استفاده از روش کیفی و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 50 نفر از افراد مطلع انجام گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عواملی همچون محدودیت منابع زیست‌محیطی، نزدیکی به عوارض اصلی طبیعی و مصنوع محدوده و مالکیت متفاوت آب و زمین و با توجه به شرایط زمینه‌ای شامل تحولات فرهنگیاجتماعی روستا و تحولات ارزش اقتصادی زمین و همچنین شرایط مداخله‌گری همچون عدم‌حمایت سازمان‌های تصمیم‌ساز و تصمیم گیر و ضعف و ناکارآمدی در تدوین و نظارت قوانین مربوط به کاربری اراضی منجر به دگردیسی نقش غالب اقتصادی روستاهای هدف مطالعه شده که در نهایت پیامدهایی همچون تغییر چهره نظام کالبدی و فضایی، تغییر طبقات اقتصادی ساکنان و نیز تغییر هویت فرهنگی اجتماعی روستاها را در پی داشته است.

Explaining of Metamorphosis of the Dominant Economic Role in the Villages around the Isfahan Metropolis(Case Study: Kararaj Sub-District Villages)

The dominant economic role of rural settlements has always been of great importance due to their position in the country’s production system. This role changes according to the environmental, economic, social, cultural and political conditions. Meanwhile, villages close to cities, especially metropolises, due to the spatial relationship between them and affected by the main city, are more exposed to this change and transformation than other villages. The present study aims to identify the process of metamorphosis of Kararaj SubDistrict villages around the metropolis of Isfahan and the factors causing this metamorphosis and seeks to find a clear answer to the question that “metamorphism of the dominant economic role of villages around the metropolis of Isfahan affected by what factors And in what process has it been” and “affected by these factors, what consequences have these villages faced?”. This research is an applied and fundamental research and has been done by using qualitative method and semistructured interviews with 50 informed people. The results indicate that factors such as “environmental resource limitation”, “proximity to major natural and manmade landscapes” and “different ownership of water and land” and according to the context factors including “rural sociocultural developments” and “Developments in the economic value of land” as well as intervention conditions such as “lack of supporting for decisionmaking organizations” and “weakness and inefficiency in the development and monitoring of land use laws” have led to “Metamorphosis of the dominant economic role of the target villages”. &Changing the face of the physical and spatial system&, &changing the economic classes of the inhabitants& and also &changing the sociocultural identity& of the villages are outcome of Metamorphosis of the dominant economic role.
