تبیین عوامل موثر بر تغییرات کاربری اراضی روستاهای پیراشهری رشت

امروزه بحث‌ها و نگرانی در مورد تغییرات کاربری زمین در جامعه روستایی به‌طورجدی موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. هدف اصلی از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تغییرات کاربری اراضی روستاهای پیرامون شهر رشت است. در بخش اول از پژوهش جهت بررسی تغییرات کاربری اراضی در شهرستان رشت، از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست استفاده شد. در بخش دوم با استفاده از تحلیل‌های آماری عوامل موثر بر تغییرات کاربری اراضی تحلیل شد. بر این اساس 37 روستای پیرامون این شهر به‌عنوان نمونه موردی بررسی شدند. روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بود. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از تکنیک پرسشنامه و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات نیز از روش‌های آماری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در بین شاخص‌های مستقل اجتماعی، شاخص مهاجرپذیر بودن روستا بیشترین شدت همبستگی و ارتباط را با تغییرات کاربری اراضی داشت. درواقع با افزایش تعداد مهاجران ورودی به روستا، میزان تغییرات کاربری اراضی روستایی نیز افزایش یافت. در بین شاخص‌های مستقل اقتصادی، شاخص‌های کمبود آب کشاورزی و متنوع شدن اقتصاد روستا بیشترین شدت همبستگی و ارتباط را با تغییرات کاربری اراضی داشت. در بین شاخص‌های مستقل کالبدی، شاخص نزدیکی به شهر بیشترین شدت همبستگی و ارتباط را با تغییرات کاربری اراضی داشت. درواقع با نزدیکی روستا به شهر، میزان تغییرات کاربری اراضی روستایی نیز افزایش داشت. بررسی همبستگی میان شاخص‌های مستقل محیطی و تغییرات کاربری اراضی نشان داد که  شاخص‌های ظرفیت‌های گردشگری روستا و مساعد نبودن زمین‌های روستا برای کشاورزی بیشترین همبستگی و رابطه بسیار قوی با تغییرات کاربری اراضی روستا داشتند. در بین شاخص‌های مستقل نهادی-مدیریتی، شاخص نبود قانون کارآمد بیشترین شدت همبستگی و ارتباط را با تغییرات کاربری اراضی داشت.

Explaining the factors affecting land use changes in suburban villages of Rasht

Today, discussions and concerns about land use change in rural communities have received serious attention. The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting land use change in villages around Rasht. Accordingly, 37 villages around the city were surveyed as a case study. The research method was descriptiveanalytical. Questionnaire technique was used to collect information and statistical methods were used to analyze the information. The results showed that among the independent social indicators, the rural migration index had the highest intensity of correlation and relationship with land use change. In fact, with the increase in the number of immigrants entering the village, the rate of rural land use change also increased. Among the independent economic indicators, the indicators of agricultural water shortage and rural economic diversification had the highest intensity of correlation and relationship with land use change. Among the independent physical indicators, the index of proximity to the city had the highest intensity of correlation and relationship with land use changes. In fact, with the proximity of the village to the city, the rate of rural land use change also increased. The study of the correlation between independent environmental indicators and land use changes showed that the indicators of rural tourism capacities and unfavorable rural lands for agriculture had the highest correlation and a very strong relationship with rural land use changes. Among the independent institutionalmanagerial indicators, the index of lack of efficient law had the highest intensity of correlation and relationship with land use changes.
