تحلیل نقش مشارکت در مدیریت پسماند مناطق پیراشهری زاهدان

رشد شتابان جمعیت شهری و آلودگی‌های زیست محیطی، ازجمله مسائل حائز اهمیتی است که امروزه نظر بسیاری از مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری را به خود معطوف کرده است. در این میان چگونگی جمع‌آوری و حمل زباله و بازیافت آن در مناطق پیراشهری از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است، لذا مشارکت مردمی در این زمینه می‌تواند آثار مثبت اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی فراوانی به همراه داشته باشد. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل نقش مشارکت در مدیریت پسماند مناطق پیراشهری شهر زاهدان می‌باشد. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت و روش تحقیق، پیمایشی است. داده های موردنیاز تحقیق به روش اسنادی-میدانی (پرسشنامه و مشاهده) گردآوری‌شده است. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss و مدل‌ pua استفاده‌ شده است. نتایج رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های، ابعاد مشارکت نشان داد: در بعد مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری (مشارکت در ارائه برنامه های تفکیک زباله از مبدا)، در بعد مشارکت ید‌ی (مشارکت در اطلاع‌رسانی معضلات زیست‌محیطی و حفظ محیط‌زیست) و در بعد مشارکت مالی (تحویل زباله‌های تفکیکی به‌صورت رایگان) در اولویت قرار دارند. نتایج مقادیر ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بین ابعاد مشارکت (تصمیم‌گیری، ید‌ی و مالی) و مدیریت پسماند مناطق پیراشهری، نشان داد که بین تمامی متغیر‌های مستقل (ابعاد مشارکت) با مدیریت پسماند مناطق پیراشهری زاهدان رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که مشارکت در مدیریت پسماند در مناطق پیراشهری زاهدان موثر می‌باشد. درنهایت به‌منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر در مشارکت شهروندان در مدیریت پسماند در مناطق پیراشهری زاهدان از مدل pua، استفاده گردید.

Analysis of the role of participation in waste management in Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan

Accelerated growth of urban population, environmental pollution and so on, including issues that are important to many managers and urban planning, has attracted. Among these, how to collect and transport waste and Recycle it in suburban areas is of Urban Peripheral importance, therefore, public participation in this field can have many positive economic and environmental effects. In this regard, the aim of the present study is Analysis of the role of participation in waste management in Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan. This research is a survey in terms of applied purpose and in terms of nature and method of research. The data required for the research were collected by documentaryfield method (questionnaire and observation). SPSS software and PUA model were used to analyze the data. The results of ranking the indicators showed the dimensions of participation: in the dimension of participation in decisionmaking (participation in presenting waste separation programs from the source), in the dimension of manual participation (participation in informing about environmental problems and preserving the environment), and in the dimension of financial participation (delivery of separate waste for free) are in priority. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient values between the dimensions of participation (decisionmaking, manual and financial) and waste management of Urban Peripheral areas, showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all independent variables (participation dimensions) with waste management of Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan at 99% confidence level. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that participation in waste management is effective in the Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan. Finally, in order to identify factors affecting the participation of citizens in waste management in the areas around the cities of Zahedan of the PUA, were used.
