تحلیل پیشران‌های کلیدی اثرگذاری عملکرد مدیریت روستایی بر تحولات کالبدی سکونتگاه های پیراشهری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی(مورد: شهرستان علی آباد کتول)

ساختار توسعه سکونتگاه های روستایی بیشتر در جهت حمایت از تهیدستان روستایی و کاهش آسیب پذیری مناطق روستایی توجه ویژه به توسعه کالبدی سکونتگاه های روستایی می باشد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر این است که، آینده‌نگری اثرگذاری مدیریت روستایی بر تحولات کالبدی سکونتگاه های روستایی پیراشهری در شهرستان علی‌آبادکتول در افق 1410 ارزیابی و تحلیل شود. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت، توصیفی تحلیلی است، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش اسنادی و میدانی بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق روستاهای با درجه دهیاری 5 و 6  در پیرامون شهر علی آبادکتول است که تعداد 35 پرسشنامه برای کارشناسان حوزه روستایی، ارگان های مربوطه درنظر گرفته شد و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نرم‌افزار میک مک کمک گرفته شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، با توجّه به امتیاز بالای اثرگذاری مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، عوامل5 گانه در 3 گروه اصلی پیشران های کلیدی در آینده توسعة کالبدی سکونتگاه های روستایی ناشی از فعالیت مدیران روستایی در منطقه مورد مطالعه شناسایی شدند که عوامل تلاش برای تملک اراضی و استفاده از اراضی خالی در داخل محدوده بافت فیزیکی جهت توسعه و گسترش بافت روستا مستقیم (4+) غیرمستقیم (1609+)، تلاش برای استقرار کارگاه های تولیدی و واحدهای دامی و باغی مستقیم (4+) غیرمستقیم (1608+)، ترویج استفاده از مصالح بومی در واحدهای مسکونی و الگوهای معماری سنتی مستقیم (3+) غیرمستقیم (1224+)، تلاش برای بهسازی و بهبود وضعیت معابر عمومی درون روستا (3+) غیرمستقیم (832+)، افزایش و بهبود تاسیسات و فضاهای آموزشی و فرهنگی (2+) غیرمستقیم (869+) از مهمترین عوامل به شمار می رود.

Analysis of Key Drivers of the Impact of Rural Management Performance on the Physical Development of Suburban Settlements with a Future Study Approach(Case Study: Aliabad Katoul County)

The aim of this study is to evaluate and analyze the future of the impact of rural management on the Physical transformations of rural settlements in the city of Aliabade Katoul in the horizon of 1410. The research method of this research is applied and based on the nature; it is descriptiveanalytical. Data collection has been by documentary and field methods. The questionnaire was prepared in the form of Micmac questionnaire in order to extract the key drivers affecting the physical changes in the rural settlements of Aliabad Katoul county and the sample was distributed and completed among the members of the community. 35 questionnaires were considered for rural experts, relevant bodies. Micmac software was used to analyze the data and structural analysis of the impact of each of the effective indicators on the formation of physical changes in rural settlements. The results showed that due to the high score of direct and indirect impact, five factors in the three main groups of key drivers in the future of physical development of rural settlements due to the activities of rural managers in Aliabade Katoul were identified as factors of land acquisition and land use. Empty within the physical texture to develop and expand the texture of the village direct (4+) indirect (1609+), efforts to establish production workshops and livestock and garden units (4+) indirect (1608), promote the use of local materials in Residential units and traditional architectural models of direct (3+) indirect (1224+), efforts to improve the condition of public thoroughfares in the village (3+), indirect (+832), increase and improve educational and cultural facilities and spaces (2+) Indirect (869+) is one of the most important factors.
