آمایش منطقه ای روستاهای پیراشهری با تاکید بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری (مورد: روستاهای پیرامون نیکشهر)

در عصر پسامدرن و امروزی شاخص های توسعه به‌سوی چندبعدی شدن رفته و از بخشی بودن فاصله زیادی گرفته که در این میان صنعت گردشگری یکی از بااهمیت‌ترین ابعاد توسعه به شمار می رود. در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر آمایش منطقه ای روستا های پیراشهری با تاکید بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری در نیکشهر می باشد. تحقیق حاضر برحسب هدف، یک تحقیق کاربردی، برحسب نحوه گردآوری داده ها یک تحقیق توصیفی و غیرآزمایشی می باشد و درنهایت حسب نحوه اجراء، از نوع پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل اعضای شورای روستا، دهیاران و بخشداران روستاهای پیراشهری نیکشهر (تهرک، خیرآباد، زهک، نوک آباد و هیتان)، می باشد. حجم نمونه نیز بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند 50 نفر تعیین شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss و مدل های faras، fbmw، wastpas، استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی گویای عدم ارتباط بین توسعه صنعت گردشگری و آمایش منطقه ای روستا های پیراشهری می باشد، همچنین نتایج مدل faras نشان داد که از بین عناصر گردشگری، خدمات با وزن 0/434، بالاترین میزان اهمیت را در روستا های پیراشهری نیکشهر به خود اختصاص داده است. نتایج مدل fbmw نشان داد، در عملکرد فضایی عنصر های اطلاعات و خدمات، به ترتیب روستا های خیرآباد، نوک‌آباد، هیتان، تهرک و زهک، در عملکرد فضایی عنصر های حمل‌ ونقل و تبلیغات، به ترتیب روستا های خیرآباد، هیتان، نوک‌آباد، تهرک و زهک بالاترین و پایین ترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده اند. درنهایت نتایج مدل wastpas به‌منظور رتبه بندی روستا های پیراشهری با تاکید بر جاذبه های تاریخی و طبیعی نشان داد، روستای خیرآباد در هر دو جاذبه تاریخی -فرهنگی و طبیعی بالاترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده است.

Regional planning of peripheral villages with emphasis on the development of tourism industry (Case study: villages around Nikshahr)

Today, tourism is one of the most important approaches in regional planning. Regional planning in the field of tourism in each region provides the capabilities of regional development through the feasibility of tourism development In this regard, the purpose of this study is to Regional planning of peripheral villages with emphasis on the development of tourism industry (Case study: villages around Nikshahr). The present research is an applied research in terms of purpose, a descriptive and nonexperimental research in terms of data collection, and finally, in terms of implementation, it is a survey type. The statistical population of the present study includes members of the village council, villagers and district heads of the peripheral villages of Nakshahr (Tehrak, Khairabad, Zahak, Nokabad and Hitan).The sample size was determined based on purposive sampling of 50 people. SPSS software and FARAS, FBMW and WASTPAS models were used to analyze the data. The results of the correlation test show that there is no relationship between the development of the tourism industry and the regional planning of rural peripheral. Also, the results of the FARAS model showed that among the elements of tourism, services with a weight of 0.434, have the highest level of importance in the peripheral villages of Nikshahr. The results of FBMW model showed that in the spatial performance of information and service elements, Khairabad, Nokabad, Hitan, Tehrak and Zahak villages, respectively, in the spatial performance of transportation and advertising elements, Khairabad, Hitan, Nokabad, Tehrak and Tehrak villages, respectively. Drainages have the highest and lowest ranks. Finally, the results of the WASTPAS model in order to rank the peripheral villages with emphasis on historical and natural attractions showed that Khairabad village has the highest rank in both historicalcultural and natural attractions.
