واکاوی جایگاه اصول پدافند غیرعامل در طرح‌های بازآفرینی شهری فضا‌های پیراکلانشهری مورد: شهر قرچک

رشد و توسعه فیزیکی کلانشهر تهران در طول چند دهه گذشته، ضرورت توجه به اصول پدافند غیرعامل را در چارچوب برنامه ریزی های توسعه در مناطق پیرامونی را دوچندان کرده است و این توجه به مبحث پدافند غیرعامل بر سیاست و عملکرد طرح های شهری بخصوص بازآفرینی بافت فرسوده تاثیر شایانی گذاشت. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی‌ جایگاه طرح های بازآفرینی شهری در فضاهای پیراکلانشهری مبتنی بر اصول پدافند غیر عامل (مطالعه موردی: شهر قرچک)، است. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت و روش تحقیق، پیمایشی است. داده های موردنیاز تحقیق به روش اسنادی میدانی (پرسشنامه و مشاهده) گردآوری‌شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل ساکنان محلات بافت فرسوده قرچک (داودآباد، فردیس، محمدآباد، مافی آباد و ولی آباد)، (84855 نفر)، می باشد، که حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 383 نفر تعیین شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده‌شده است. نتایج آزمون t در تمامی گویه های موردبررسی با توجه به میانگین به‌دست‌آمده کمتر از عدد (3)، نشان از وضعیت نامناسب طرح های بازآفرینی در راستای دستیابی به اصول پدافند غیرعامل در شهر قرچک می باشد. همچنین نتایج بررسی میدانی محدوده و مطالعه منابع اسنادی طرح های تدوین‌شده، نشان از عدم رعایت مقوله های پدافند غیرعامل در طرح های بازآفرینی شهری که در طی سالیان اخیر (در محلات هدف) است.

Investigating the Significance of Passive Defense Principles in Urban Renewal Plans of Metropolitan Spaces: Qarchak

The physical growth and development of the metropolis of Tehran over the past few decades has doubled the need to pay attention to the principles of passive defense in the framework of development planning in the surrounding areas. And this attention to the issue of passive defense on the policy and performance of urban plans, especially the reconstruction of wornout tissue, It had a profound effect. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to Analysis of the status of urban regeneration projects in metropolitan peripheral area based on the principles of passive defense (Case study: Qarchak city). This research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of the nature and method of research, It’s a survey. The data required for the research have been collected by documentaryfield method (questionnaire and observation). The statistical population of the present study includes residents of Qarchak dilapidated neighborhoods (Davudabad, Ferdis, Mohammadabad, Mafiabad and Vali Abad) (84855 people), the sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula of 383 people. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results of ttest in all the studied items according to the average obtained less than number (3), indicate the unsatisfactory status of the reconstruction projects in order to achieve the principles of passive defense in the city of Qarchak. Also, the results of the field study of the area and the study of the documentary sources of the developed plans show the nonobservance of the passive defense categories in the urban regeneration plans that have been carried out in recent years (in the target neighborhoods).
