نقش روابط متقابل شهر و روستا در توسعه سکونتگاه های پیرامون کلانشهر رشت مورد: ناحیه پیراشهر خمام

روابط میان شهر و روستا به صورت های گوناگون بر شکل پذیری سکونتگاه های روستایی و همچنین بر ساختار و کارکرد آن‌ها اثرگذار است. با توجه به نقش این روابط در فرایند تحولات و توسعه کانون های شهری و روستایی، شناخت پیامد های نامطلوب این روابط و تلاش برای کاهش اثرات منفی روابط متقابل شهر و روستا در راستای ساماندهی آن‌ها، زمینه ساز توسعه پایدار نواحی روستایی و شهری خواهد بود. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تحلیل روابط متقابل بین شهر و روستا و پیامد های نامطلوب در نواحی پیراشهری کلانشهر رشت خواهد بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی و تحلیلی و جامعه آماری آن را ساکنین روستا های چهار دهستان موردمطالعه و متخصصان تشکیل می دهد. به‌منظور بررسی و رتبه بندی مهم ترین پیامد های نامطلوب روابط متقابل شهر و روستا در نواحی پیراشهری خمام، از دیدگاه متخصصین، از نرم‌افزار expert choice استفاده‌شده است، نتایج نشان داد، از بین پیامد های نامطلوب روابط متقابل بین شهر و روستا، پیامد کمرنگ شدن الگوی سنتی مسکن روستایی و توسعه سبک معماری شهری با وزن 0.187، بالاترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده است، در ادامه نیز با استفاده از مدل تصمیم گیری waspas سعی شده است تا رتبه هر یک از دهستان های بخش خمام را بر اساس پیامدهای مطرح‌شده سنجیده شود. نتایج نشان داد، به ترتیب دهستان چاپارخانه با مقدار 3.654، دهستان کته سر با وزن به‌دست‌آمده 3.532، دهستان فرشکی با وزن 3.421، دهستان اشکیک با وزن به دست آمده 3.321، بالاترین و پایینترین رتبه ها را به خود اختصاص داده اند

Analysis of urban-rural relationship and its adverse consequences in the suburban areas of Rasht Metropolis Case: Khomem County

The relationship between city and village in various ways affects the formability of rural settlements as well as their structure and function. Considering the role of these relations in the process of transformation and development of urban and rural centers, recognizing the unfavorable consequences of these relations and trying to reduce the negative effects of urbanrural relations in order to organize them, pave the way for sustainable development of rural and urban areas. will be. The aim of this study is to analyze the interrelationships between urban and rural areas and adverse outcomes in the metropolitan areas of Rasht. The method of descriptive and analytical research and its statistical population consists of residents of the villages of the four rural areas studied and specialists. In order to study and rank the most important adverse consequences of urbanrural relations in the suburbs of Khomem, from the perspective of experts, Expert Choice software has been used. The results showed that among the adverse consequences of interrelations between City and village, as a result of the weakening of the traditional rural housing model and the development of urban architecture style with a weight of 0.187, has the highest rank, then using the WASPAS decision model has tried to rank each The villages of Khomem section should be measured based on the proposed consequences. The results showed that, respectively, Chaparkhaneh village with the value of 3.654, Kathehsar village with the obtained weight of 3.532, Farshki village with the weight of 3.421, Ashkik village with the obtained weight of 3.321, the highest and the lowest, respectively. They have the highest rankings.
