عوامل اثرگذار بر روابط شهرهای مرزی زاهدان و میرجاوه با مناطق پیرامون آن

امروزه شهر های مرزی در مقایسه با گذشته روابط گسترده تری با مناطق پیرامونی خود دارند. به همین منظور این مطالعه به بررسی عوامل اثرگذار بر روابط شهر های مرزی زاهدان و میرجاوه با مناطق پیرامونی پرداخته است. روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و جمع آوری داده ها و اطلاعات از طریق روش اسنادی و میدانی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل دو دسته هدف (خبرگان مسئولان محلی و مدیران، ساکنین مناطق پیرامونی) است، که حجم نمونه با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند 165 نفر تعیین شد. قلمرو زمانی پژوهش در بین سال های 13981397 انجام شده است و قلمرو مکانی شامل مناطق پیرامون شهرهای زاهدان (محلات مهرشهر و زیباشهر) و میرجاوه (محله برفی) در استان سیستان و بلوچستان است. جهت سنجش مهمترین عامل موثر در تحول روابط بین شهر های مرزی و مناطق پیرامونی در دو گروه هدف (ساکنین مناطق پیرامونی، خبرگان و مسئولان محلی و مدیران) از آزمون ضریب تغییرات و نرم افزار expert choise  استفاده گردید. نتایج در هر دو گروه نشان داد، همگرایی قومی مهم ترین عامل در گسترش روابط بین شهر های زاهدان، میرجاوه و مناطق پیرامونی (زیباشهر، مهرشهر، برفی) است. همچنین به منظور مشخص شدن اثرات عوامل موثر در تحول روابط میان شهر های مرزی زاهدان، میرجاوه و مناطق پیرامونی، اقدام به تحلیل رگرسیون گردید. این تحلیل برای دو گروه هدف (متخصصان، ساکنین مناطق پیرامونی) به صورت جداگانه انجام گرفت. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون، از دیدگاه دو گروه هدف (ساکنین مناطق پیرامونی، متخصصین)، عوامل موثر از جمله (موقعیت همجواری، زیرساخت های حمل و نقل، مشترکات فرهنگی، همگرایی محلی و ملی، بازارچه مرزی، تعاونی مرزنشینان، همگرایی قومی)، در تحول روابط میان شهر های مرزی میرجاوه و زاهدان و مناطق پیرامونی دارای همبستگی زیادی است.

Factors affecting the relations of the border area cities of Zahedan and Mirjaveh with the surrounding areas

Today, border area has wider relations with their surrounding areas than in the past. For this purpose, this study has investigated the factors affecting the relations between the border cities of Zahedan and Mirjaveh with the surrounding areas. The research is applied and in terms of nature and descriptiveanalytical, data collection and information is done through documentary and field methods. The statistical population includes two target groups (expertslocal officials and managers, residents of peripheral areas), the sample size was determined using purposive sampling of 165 people. The temporal territory of the research was conducted between 13981397 and the spatial territory includes the areas around the cities of Zahedan (Mehrshahr and Zibashahr neighborhoods) and Mirjaveh (Barfi neighborhood). To measure the most important factor in the evolution of relations between border cities and peripheral areas in the two target groups (residents of peripheral areas, experts and local officials and managers), the coefficient of variation test and Expert Choise software were used. The results in both groups showed that ethnic convergence is the most important factor in the development of relations between the cities of Zahedan, Mirjaveh and surrounding areas (Zibashahr, Mehrshahr, Barfi). Also, in order to determine the effects of factors affecting the evolution of relations between the border cities of Zahedan, Mirjaveh and surrounding areas, regression analysis was performed. This analysis was performed separately for the two target groups (specialists, residents of the surrounding areas). Based on the results of regression analysis, from the perspective of two target groups (peripheral residents, professionals), effective factors such as (neighborhood location, transportation infrastructure, cultural commonalities, local and national convergence, border market, border cooperatives, ethnic convergence), There is a lot of correlation in the evolution of relations between the border cities of Mirjavah and Zahedan and the surrounding areas
