خزش شهری و تحولات کالبدی فضایی سکونتگاه های پیراشهر زاهدان

در گفتمان چالش های توسعه ناموزون شهری در کشورهای در حال رشد، آنچه بیش از همه از نظر اقتصادی و اجتماعی چشم اندازی از فقر و نمودی از اسکان غیر رسمی را پدیدار می سازد رخداد خزش شهری است. این پدیده ضمن ایجاد ناپایداری و از بین بردن عرصه های کشاورزی، رشد فیزیکی نامنظم و پراکنده ای را در پیرامون کلانشهرها ایجاد کرده و می تواند به مهاجرت های روستایی شهری دامن زده و  علاوه بر دگرگونی های مکانی فضایی در توسعه نیافتگی شهر و روستاهای پیرامونی نقش قابل توجهی داشته باشد. از این رو، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل اثرات خزش شهری بر تحولات کالبدی فضایی روستاهای پیراشهری زاهدان طراحی شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 4 روستای بخش مرکزی شهر زاهدان است که خزش شهری بیشترین اثرات را بر آن ها داشته است. داده های مورد نیاز از تصاویر ماهواره ای لندست تهیه شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد اثرات خزش شهری زاهدان و جریانات فضایی حاکم بر آن باعث تحولات کالبدی فضایی در ابعاد مختلف (افزایش جمعیت، اندازه روستا و تحول در ساختار اشتغال و فعالیت) در نواحی روستایی پیراشهری گردیده است. این اثرات بر بخش کشاورزی منفی (66.6)، در بخش خدمات مثبت (66.65) و در بعد اجتماعی حاکی از ایجاد نقش خوابگاهی و افزایش جابجایی جمعیت و تبادلات فرهنگی از روستاهای پیرامونی به شهر زاهدان بود.

Analysis of urban sprawl and its effects on the physical-spatial changes of peripheral villages of Zahedan

In irregular urban growth discourse in developing countries, the most economical and social indicator of poverty and unofficial settlement is emergence of urban sprawl.  This phenomenon, while creating instability and destroying agricultural areas, creates irregular and scattered physical growth around metropolises and can encourage ruralurban migration. In addition to localspatial changes, it has a significant role in the underdevelopment of the city and surrounding villages. Therefore, the present study investigated this issue with the aim of analyzing the effects of urban sprawl on the physicalspatial changes of peripheral villages of Zahedan.  The research method was descriptiveanalytical.  The statistical population included 4 villages around Zahedan city, and the urban sprawl had the greatest impact on them.  The required data were obtained from Landsat satellite images and parametric tests were used to analyze them.  The findings showed that the effects of Zahedan urban sprawl and its prevailing spatial currents have caused physicalspatial changes in various dimensions (population growth, village size and changes in employment and activity structure) in peripheral villages. These effects were negative on agricultural sector, positive on services sector and in the social dimension indicated the creation of a bedroom suburb role and an increase in population movement and cultural exchanges
