چکیده
|
This paper studies the far field radiation pattern of an optical bowtie nanoantenna considering different antenna substrates. fdtd based simulation results demonstrate that in the case of introducing photonic crystal cavity as the nanoantenna substrate, the directive gain highly exceeds comparing the cases of utilizing homogeneous dielectric substrates. bowtie nanoantenna is designed to resonate at λ=1.55 µm in all cases
