thermodynamics properties of fructose in aqueous solutions of deep eutectic solvent based on choline chloride at different temperature

Density and speed of sound of system involving of fructose in aqueous solution of deep eutectic solvent (des) based on choline chloride as hydrogen bond donor (hbd) and glycerol as hydrogen bond acceptor (hba) were determined at t= (288/15 to 318/15) and different concentration thermodynamics properties such as apparent molar volumes, transfer apparent molar volume, apparent molar isentropic compressibility, were calculated by experimental data finally disscused about solute-solute and solute-solvent interactions the results indicate that solute–solvent interactions were increased by increasing concentration of des-based on choline chloride and temperature and solute-solute interactions were decreased by adding of des and increasing of temperature
