چکیده
|
Biofuel have been considered as a suitable alternative to fossil fuel and microalgae is the new potential microorganism for biofuel production in this paper, a novel photobioreactor for microalgae chlorella sp growth was investigated besides, the effect of circulation of packing and fluid regim were also investigated maximum dry weight of 75264 𝑚𝑔 𝐿−1 was obtained in modified photo bioreactor that was 15 times higher than reactor without packing it was found that the packings and turbulant conditions enhanced the growth of microalgae because they increased mass transfer in photo bioreactor and also caused to reaching microalgae to surface of reactor and absorbing light effectively
