چکیده    Different cu2s films were fabricated using three approaches including silar, spray pyrolysis and zinc-copper alloy methods the sem, eds, and xrd analyses were performed to investigate the surface and structural properties of the prepared films the sem image of cu2s film prepared by zinc-copper alloy indicated nano sheets with high porosity while in two other approaches (silar and spray pyrolysis), large (~50-70 nm) and small (~10-17 nm) nanoparticles were observed without high porosity quantitative analysis of the eds spectrum gave a cu:s atomic ratio of about 2:1, indicating high-grade cu2s particles were formed the xrd pattern of the cu2s nanoparticles exhibited that there were seven peaks corresponding to (111), (200), (220), (311), (400), (331) and (420) crystal planes, which were well matched to the cubic phase of cu2s named digenite (jcpds card no 84-1770, a=56286 å)
