viscosity and transfer volume of fructose in aqueous solutions of deep eutectic solvent based on choline chloride

In this study, the effect of deep eutectic solvent (des) based on choline chloride as hydrogen bond acceptor (hba) and glycerol as hydrogen bond donor (hbd) on viscometric properties on aqueous solutions of fructose at t = (288/15, 298/15, 308/15 and 318/15)k and different concentrations of aqueous solutions of des w = (0/0010, 0/0020, 0/0030 and 0/0040) were determined the viscosity and transfer apparent volume such as the viscosity b-coefficient which is an experimental constant was calculated by jones–dole equation the experimental data indicate the solute-solvent interactions increase by increasing temperature and adding concentration of des based on choline chloride
