چکیده
|
In this work,pcl-13000 was synthesized by ring opening polymerization and grafted to peg-6000 and the final di-block copolymer was used to form outer layer of the polymersome dex- 6000 was surface grafted by ring opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone monomer with active hydroxyl group of dextran used as initiator and sn(oct)2 as catalyst dex-pcl was used as the inner layer of the polymersome dex-35000 was functionalized by acrylic acid to cure the polymersome core and the formed polymersome was stabilized a defined composition of dextran with peg and synthesized block copolymers were mixed to form an aqueous two phase system to perform the directed self- assembly ftir and 𝐻1-nmr results confirmed formation of each component formation and stabilization of the polymersome by directed self-assembly was confirmed by optical microscopy
