چکیده    In this work, vapor-liquid equilibria (vle) study for the system {sucrose + choline chloride + h2o} in a wide range of concentrations has been carried out at 298/15 k and atmospheric pressure to measure water activity, the improved isopiestic method was used vapor pressure and osmotic coefficient data of the solutions have been determined from the experimental measured water activity data the activity coefficient values were used to interpret the solute-solute and solute-solvent interactions presented in this system from this study we concluded that choline chloride has a salting-in effect on the aqueous sucrose solutions it was found that the interaction of the sucrose with choline is slightly more that the semi-ideal system thus, there is favorable interactions between choline chloride and sucrose
