چکیده    Rhizopus oryzae lipase was loaded on fe3o4 superparamagnetic nanoparticles (mnps) and graphene oxide-fe3o4 nanoparticles hybrid (go@mnp) with electrostatic attractions the nano-biocatalysts were used for fatty acid methyl esters production as a type of biodiesel from olive oil in a transesterification reaction the structure and magnetic characteristics of the mnp and go@mnp were evaluated using xrd and vsm techniques presence of go in the support increased enzyme loading from 35 to 557% the activity of rol/go@mnp was 2 times higher than rol/mnp in case of productivity, transesterification reaction of olive oil in presence of rol/go@mnp showed the highest production yields (618 wt%)
