In this paper is investigated the kinetic reaction model for biomass biofuel production processes# microalgae (chlorella vulgaris) biomass contains a complex mixture such as carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins that are good raw material for bio-oil# microalgae biooil was used for biodiesel production# simulation was performed using aspen software to produce biodiesel from biooil# this model is an extension of an biodiesel model in aspen plus# the biodiesel model provides a useful description of the process, especially introducing the kinetics of transesterification into the process# the distribution of various byproducts and products can be linked to cost data for calculating the material costs from various feedstocks#
