چکیده
|
Elastomer foams have been shown to have outstanding properties such as high flexibility, low weight and low thermal conductivity, while having low cost# nanoclay (nc) is recognized as one of the most effective particles because of its thermal degradation resistance as well as mechanical properties improvement providing that good dispersion is achieved# in this study, compression molding was used to produce elastomeric nanocomposite foams based on natural rubber (nr) reinforcing by organo-modified nc# nc-reinforced closed-cell nr foams with various relative densities were prepared, respectively# morphological and mechanical properties of the foams were studied# strain-strain# the compressive strain-stress behavior of rubber foams were investigated using different superelastic models# modeling studies showed that gibon ashby had the best prediction of foam modulus# van-der, ogden 3, marlow polynomial models from hyper elastic models had good acceptance with experimental results
