چکیده

In the present work the numerical simulation of a chemical looping reforming (clr) micro packed bed for syngas production is investigated# the reforming reactor known as fuel reactor is packed with ni- based oxygen carrier and methane is the gaseous fuel# in this paper, an isothermal 1d packed bed reactor was simulated by finite element method and validated with experimental data available in literature# furthermore, the effect of reactor temperature on product was investigated# it is concluded that temperature is an essential part of fuel reactor and it can be altered to reach specific value of h2/co ratio for various application of syngas#
