چکیده
|
The use of physical signals is one of the new promising methods for enhancing the microalgae growth rate# in this experiment, the microalgae dunaliella salina was cultivated in modified johnson medium and nutrient deficiency conditions with the addition of a sound frequency of 200 hz# the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of sound frequency on harsh and sub-optimal circumstances# the audible sound was continuously generated for microalgae culture on the 3th day after inoculation# the result showed that despite n-limited culture without sound frequency (17% reduction compared to the control), the n-limited culture with sound frequency experienced the highest growth rate almost 25% growth relative to the control#
