A variety of drug delivery systems have been developed, among them nanoparticles are more widely considered, because they have easier production methods# lipid nanoparticles are made from solid lipids or a combination of solid and liquid lipids# solid lipid nanoparticles (slns) are made using lipids known to be safe and not melting at room temperature# the size of these particles is between 50 and 1000 nm# polysaccharides are the strongest fungal compounds that have anti-tumor, antioxidants and immune enhancement properties# in this study, we optimized the production of slns loaded with trametes versicolor exopolysaccharides (eps)# in optimum conditions (drug/lipid: 0#17, surfactant: 12%) the size of slns loaded with eps is 286#3 nm with -40#9 mv zeta potential# this study showed that surfactant and drug/lipid have a significant effect (p < 0#05) on nanoparticle size and zeta potential# due to the therapeutic properties of t# versicolor, the use of nanoparticles loaded with it’s polysaccharides improves it’s availability and effectiveness#
