چکیده
|
Nowadays using natural, nontoxic materials as a cross-linking agent has widely attracted interest for synthesizing biomaterial based nanocarriers# in this research schizophyllan (spg), a natural water soluble exopolysaccharide was produced by cultivating schizophyllum commune atcc 38548, and oxidized by sodium metaperiodate (naio4), then used as a nontoxic, green cross-linker for stabilizing bovine serum albumin (bsa) nanogels via schiff base reaction using inverse emulsion method# formation of immine linkage between amino groups of bsa and aldehyde groups of spg was confirmed by fourier transform infrared microscopy (ftir) analysis# size and zeta potential were evaluated by malvern zetasizer 3000hs# based on the results the obtained nanogels possess great potential for using in the biomedical applications#
