چکیده
|
In this study, the solubility of three representative drugs including amiodarone hydrochloride (amh), ketotifen fumarate (ktf) and celecoxib (ccb) in supercritical carbon dioxide (sc-co2) was calculated# in order to study the solubility of these drugs, three equations of state (eoss) including pazuki, soave-redlich-kwong (srk) and peng–robinson (pr) along with three mixing rules: vdw1, vdw2 and adachi–sugie were used# the results showed that the peng–robinson equation of state has the least value of average absolute relative deviation (%aard) compared to the other equations of state# moreover, all the equations studied in this work along with vdw2 mixing rule showed more accurate results#
