چکیده
|
Hyaluronic acid (ha) is a native, linear polymer consisting of repeating units of n-acetyl glucosamine and d-glucuronic acid# this polymer is widely used in medical and cosmetic fields# ha application is strongly dependent to the molecular weight of this polymer# in this study, recombinant corynebacterium glutamicum was employed for ha production# the gel electrophoresis assay showed a smear of polysaccharide, so it could be concluded that a wide range of ha molecular weight (mw) has been produced# the effect of carbon and nitrogen sources on ha molecular weight distribution was investigated# the results indicated that while nitrogen source substituted from soy protein to corn syrup, the molecular weight dispersion decreased, and ha production increased under similar conditions#
