Brain is an intense heat producing and metabolically demanding organ# therefore, any interruption in blood supply to the brain may lead to changes in oxygen content and temperature of the tissue which in turn can damage the cells# in this article, we modeled the temperature and oxygen distribution dynamics in the murine cortex area# fluctuations in the distribution of oxygen concentration and temperature following partial or complete blood flow obstruction at different ambient temperatures were simulated# results showed that interruption of blood supply significantly affects the oxygen concentration in cerebral tissue and can lead to hypoxic regions# on the other hand, temperature fluctuations are subtle#
