چکیده    The objective of this work is to develop a novel ph-sensitive cellulose acetate nanoparticles containing omeprazole as an acid labile drug using microfluidics emerging technique# these nanoparticles are synthesized by nanoprecipitation process# the fe-sem and dls results showed that the optimum sample with a minimum mean nanoparticles diamter of 47±4 nm and polydispersity index of 0#09 ± 0#01 was attained by adjusting the flow rate ratio of polymer to non-solvent phases of 0#05# also, the surface charge value of the sample was obtained to be approximately -46 mv, which indicated a high colloidal stability of the nanoparticles besides their indendancy for aggregation# eventually, the in-vitro drug release study by uv-vis spectrophotometry exhibited the omeprazole liberation of less than 10% from the cellulose acetate nanoparticles in an acidic medium# this leads to the drug bioavailabilty enhancement at physiological ph for oral prescription uses#
