the functional mechanism of the american central intelligence agency in the face of iran’s imposed war with an emphasis on the early years of the imposed war

The united states of america, in line with its macro policies, has always used power mechanisms to dominate strategic global regions. in the meantime, the us intelligence agency has used complex mechanisms in line with these policies. on the other hand, the occurrence of the islamic revolution and the start of the iraq-imposed war against iran could have made the us government’s policy to achieve its hegemonic goals a reality. the issue that needs to be addressed is what mechanism has been used by the central intelligence agency (cia) regarding the imposed war. the findings of the research, written with a descriptive method, indicate that the containment of the islamic revolution, the maintenance of hegemony and the continuation of the occupation of the resources and interests of the region, led the us central intelligence agency to theorize the strategy in the soft field (facilitating and studying the occurrence of war against the islamic republic iran) as well as operational measures in the hard field, which includes support, intelligence and weapon actions. this research, by explaining the concept of soft and hard power methods, in confrontation, aggression and war, the use of these two components it will be presented by the central intelligence agency of america in the imposed war.

مکانیسم کارکردی آژانس اطلاعات مرکزی آمریکا در مواجهه با جنگ تحمیلی ایرانبا تاکید بر سال های ابتدایی جنگ تحمیلی

ایالات متحده آمریکا در راستای سیاست های کلان خود، جهت تسلط بر مناطق استراتژیک جهانی، همواره سازو کارهای اعمال قدرت را به کار گرفته است. در این میان سازمان اطلاعاتی ایالات متحده در راستای این سیاست ها از مکانیسم های پیچیده ای استفاده کرده است. از طرفی وقوع انقلاب اسلامی و شروع جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران می توانست سیاست دولت آمریکا را در رسیدن به اهداف سلطه گرانه را محقق سازد. مسئله ای که ضروری است بدان پرداخته شود این است که سازمان اطلاعات مرکزی آمریکا (cia) در خصوص جنگ تحمیلی از چه مکانیسمی استفاده کرده است. یافته های تحقیق که با روش توصیفی نگاشته شده حاکی از آن است که مهار انقلاب اسلامی، حفظ هژمونی و استمرارِ استیلا بر منابع و منافع منطقه ، آژانس اطلاعات مرکزی آمریکا را به تئوری پردازی راهبردی در حوزه نرم (تسهیل و تحصیل وقوع جنگ علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران) و همچنین اقدامات عملیاتی در حوزه سخت که شامل مبادرت و کنش های حمایتی، اطلاعاتی و تسلیحاتی می باشد فراهم کرده است.این پژوهش با تبیین مفهومی روش های نرم و سخت قدرت، در مقابله، تهاجم و جنگ ،بکارگیری این دو مولفه را توسط سازمان اطلاعات مرکزی آمریکا در جنگ تحمیلی ارایه خواهد کرد.
