زیست جهان متحول: مطالعه کیفی بازاندیشی جنسیتی دختران نسل زد

بازاندیشی جنسیتی نتیجه یک جامعه پساسنتی می‌باشد و جامعه ایران یک جامعه در حال گذار از سنت به مدرنیته در حال حاضر تعریف می‌شود که در این جامعه دختران نسل زد در تحول اندیشه سنت‌گرا و ورود به جامعه خارج از سنت به بازاندیشی جنسیتی تمایل نشان داده‌اند. هدف مقاله حاضر واکاوی بازاندیشی جنسیتی دختران نسل زد در شهر یزد می‌باشد که با استفاده از روش کیفی و رویکرد تحلیل مضمون در سال 1402 در شهر یزد انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با تعداد 18 نفر از دختران شهر یزد جمع‌آوری شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد در فرآیند بازاندیشی جنسیتی دختران نسل زد، افکار و گفتمان‌هایی به چالش کشیده شده و بسیاری از ارزش‌های سابق به دست فراموشی سپرده شده است. دختران نسل زد فراتر از سنت‌ها عمل کرده و به تحول در زیست‌جهان خود پرداخته‌اند. 5 مضمون اصلی احصا شده پژوهش حاضر شامل: نقش‌زدایی سنتی، قیودزدایی، عاملیت محوری، عرف ستیزی جنسیتی و کنشگری تحول‌گرا می‌باشد. مقوله‌های اصلی پژوهش بیانگر این بوده است که دختران نسل زد با بازاندیشی جنسیتی، دیدگاه‌های تازه‌ای درباره هویت خود پیدا کرده‌اند. این بازاندیشی، فرایندی مهم و انتقادی بوده که به شکل‌گیری هویت جدید آن‌ها کمک کرده است. ولی در نتیجه این بازاندیشی نمی‌توان گفت تمام اثرات آن برای فرد و جامعه مثبت خواهد بود و موجب ساختن آینده‌ای عادلانه‌تر و برابرتر خواهد شد، بلکه به نظر می‌رسد نتایج منفی نیز در بر داشته باشد. لذا با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع و نامتعین بودن نتیجه این بازاندیشی، توجه سیاستگذاران، به‌ویژه سیاستگذاران فرهنگی، را می‌طلبد.

living the changing world: a qualitative study of the gender rethinking of generation z girls

gender rethinking is the result of a post traditional society, and contemporary iran is defined as a society in transition from tradition to modernity. in this society, generation z girls have shown a tendency toward gender rethinking as they transition from traditional thinking to entering a world beyond tradition. the aim of the present article is to explore the gender rethinking of generation z girls in yazd city. this study was conducted in the year 2023 in yazd using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis. data were collected purposively through semi structured interviews with 18 girls from yazd city. the findings indicate that in the process of gender rethinking, generation z girls have challenged certain thoughts and discourses, and many of the previous values have been forgotten. these girls have acted beyond traditions and have engaged in transformative issues affecting their lived experiences. the five main themes identified in this research include: traditional role disengagement, constraint removal, central agency, gender norms contestation, and transformative activism. the main categories of the research demonstrate that generation z girls, through gender rethinking, have found new perspectives regarding their identity. this rethinking has been an important and critical process that has aided in the formation of their new identities. however, it seems that not all the outcomes of this rethinking will be positive for the individual and society, and it may not necessarily lead to a fairer and more equitable future. it appears that there may also be negative results, so considering the importance of this issue and the indeterminate nature of the outcomes of this rethinking, it requires the attention of policymakers, especially cultural policymakers.
