مسئله اعتماد اجتماعی در میان دانشجویان (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور تهران)

اعتماد اجتماعی از عناصر مهم سرمایه اجتماعی و از پیش نیازهای اساسی توسعه و حرکت به سوی مدرنیته است. نهاد دانشگاه بمثابه نهاد توسعه گرا و دموکراتیک می تواند جهت دهنده سیر پیشرفت و تحول جامعه باشد و نگرش ها و ارزش های هر یک از ارکان آن به ویژه دانشجویان که هم از لحاظ پویایی و هم از لحاظ تعداد نسبت به دو رکن دیگر نهاد دانشگاه یعنی اساتید و یاوران علمی اغلب جوانتر و پویاتر و به تعداد بیشترند؛ اهمیت قابل توجهی پیدا می کند. به دلیل همین اهمیت؛ در تحقیق حاضر به سنجش اعتماد اجتماعی و آزمون رابطه آن با سرمایه جمعی و دسترسی و پاسخگویی نهادی بر اساس نظریه زتومکا در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور با روش پیمایش در جامعه آماری 12000 نفری (دانشگاه پیام نور مرکز غرب) و با حجم نمونه 372 نفر پرداخته ایم. یافته های تحقیق رابطه بین متغیرهای عاملیتی (سرمایه جمعی) و ساختاری (ارزیابی دسترسی و پاسخگویی نهادی) با اعتماد اجتماعی که منطبق با نظریه رتومکا است؛ را اثبات می کنند. یافته قابل تامل تحقیق سطح پائین اعتماد اجتماعی دانشجویان است به طوریکه 97.1 درصد دانشجویان اعتماد اجتماعی متوسط رو به پائین و تنها 2.9 درصد دانشجویان از اعتماد اجتماعی بالایی برخوردارند که به نظر میرسد از جو اجتماعی پرتنش و بحران زده کشور تاثیر می پذیرد. این ترتیبات مانع از رواج نتایج مفید و توسعه زای آموزش دانشگاهی و اعتمادسازی نهاد آموزش عالی می شوند.
