مطالعه‌ی فراترکیب فرهنگ شهروندی در جامعه‌ی ایران

فرهنگ شهروندی مجموعه‌ای از ارزش‌ها، نگرش‌ها و قوانین مشترک بنیادی است که مشارکت ‌فعال شهروندان را با رعایت احترام به ارزش‌های دموکراتیک شهروندی و مسئولیت ‌پذیری عام‌گرایانه به دنبال دارد؛ به ‌گونه‌ای که شکل ‌دهنده به سبک زندگی و هادی تعاملات او با دیگران است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر نیز بررسی مطالعات انجام شده پیرامون فرهنگ شهروندی با استفاده از رویکرد استقرایی فراترکیب کیفی است. این روش، در این پژوهش شامل گام‌های هفت‌گانه‌ای است، که به ارزیابی وتحلیل نظام‌مند نتایج و یافته‌های مطالعات پیشین می‌پردازد. فراترکیب این امکان را برای پژوهش‌گر فراهم می‌سازد تا به شیوه‌ی ساختارمندی از یافته‌های استخراج شده از مطالعات‌ کیفی مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق، برای ایجاد یافته‌های جامع و تفسیری استفاده نماید. به همین دلیل نتایج پژوهش‌های پیشین ازمنابع داخلی طی سالهای1390 تا 1398 و منابع خارجی طی سال‌های2010 تا 2020 جمع‌اوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. از بین 140 مقاله مستخرج، 49 مقاله برای تجزیه و تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شده است. نظریه‌های استفاده شده در این تحقیق با توجه به نوع روش‌تحقیق استفاده از نظریه‌های مختلفی است، که با استفاده از این نظریات و پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته در این حوزه، می‌توان به نظریه‌های وبر، پارسونر، مارشال، ترنر و گیدنز اشاره کرد. نتایج پژوهش با توجه به بررسی مقالات متعدد استخراج شده به 49 کد منجر شد، که می‌توان از مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ها با توجه به تکرارشان به: مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، قانون‌مداری، عام‌گرایی، مشارکت اجتماعی و.... نام برد. با بررسی و ادغام یافته‌های اولیه در این پژوهش، پس از رفت و برگشت میان زمینه‌های فرعی، 7 زمینه‌ی اصلی به دست آمد، که این ابعاد شامل: داشتن نگرش دموکراتیک، ابعاد سیاسی فرهنگ شهروندی، ابعاد اجتماعی فرهنگی فرهنگ شهروندی، ابعاد فردی فرهنگ شهروندی، ابعاد اخلاقی فرهنگ شهروندی، ابعاد توسعه‌ای فرهنگ شهروندی می‌باشد.

Meta synthesis study of citizenship culture in Iranian society

Citizenship culture is a set of common values, attitudes and fundamental laws that lead to the active participation of citizens while respecting the democratic values of citizenship and universal responsibility; in a way that, it shapes their lifestyle and guides their interactions with others. The purpose of the present study is to review the studies conducted on citizenship culture using a qualitative Meta synthesis inductive approach. In this research, this method includes seven steps, which systematically evaluate and analyze the results and findings of previous studies. Metacombination allows the researcher to use the findings of qualitative studies related to the research topic in a structured way to create comprehensive and interpretive findings. For this reason, the results of previous research from domestic sources during the years 1390 to 1398 and foreign sources during the years 2010 to 2020 have been collected and analyzed. Out of 140 extracted articles, 49 articles have been selected for final analysis. The theories used in this research was based on different theories according to the type of research method, using these theories and researches in this field, we can point out Weber, Parsons, Marshall, Turner and Giddens theories. The results of the research led to 49 codes according to the review of numerous extracted articles, which can be considered as one of the most important components according to their repetition: social responsibility, law commitment, universality, and social participation and so on. After reviewing and integrating the initial findings in this study, after going back and forth between subfields, 7 main fields were obtained, which include having a democratic attitude, political dimensions of citizenship culture, sociocultural dimensions of citizenship culture, individual dimensions of citizenship culture, the moral dimensions of citizenship culture, the developmental dimensions of citizenship culture.
