تحلیل سرمایۀ فرهنگی و شکل‌گیری هویت در انیمیشن‌های «شگفت‌انگیزان»، «وال- ای» و «راتاتویی»، براساس نظریۀ «سرمایۀ فرهنگی» پیر بوردیو

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و تحلیل بازنمایی سرمایۀ فرهنگی و شکل‌گیری هویت در انیمیشن‌های «شگفت‌انگیزان» (2004)، «وال- ای» (2008) و «راتاتویی» (2007) می‌پردازد. این پژوهش با اتکا به نظریۀ «سرمایۀ فرهنگی» پیر بوردیو به‌عنوان چارچوب نظری خود، شباهت‌های مضمونی و رویکردهای منحصربه‌فرد انیمیشن‌های مذکور به سرمایۀ فرهنگی و هویت را بررسی می‌کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی نقش سرمایه فرهنگی در شکل‌دهی به هویت شخصیت‌ها در انیمیشن‌های منتخب تبیین ذائقه و مصرف فرهنگی در بستر شکل‌گیری هویت است.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از تحلیل کیفی برای بررسی پویایی سرمایۀ فرهنگی و تاثیر آن بر شکل‌گیری هویت در انیمیشن‌های منتخب استفاده می‌کند. فرآیند جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با عنایت به یک مدل شش‌مولفه‌ای از سرمایۀ فرهنگی، و از راه مشاهده و خوانش عمیق انیمیشن‌ها و یادداشت‌برداری‌های متعدد از آن‌ها انجام می‌پذیرد. تفسیر داده‌ها شامل ترکیب و تطبیق این مشاهدات برای تشخیص الگوها و تضادهاست.یافته‌ها: با تجزیه‌ و‌‌ تحلیل انیمیشن‌های منتخب، هشت مضمون مشترک مربوط‌به سرمایۀ فرهنگی و شکل‌گیری هویت یافت شد: شکل‌گیری هویت فرهنگی و شبکه‌های اجتماعی، تحرک و طبقه‌بندی اجتماعی، به‌رسمیت‌شناسی و پویایی قدرت نمادین، سابقۀ آموزشی و هویت حرفه‌ای، ذائقه و مصرف فرهنگی، روایت‌های فرهنگی و بازنمایی رسانه‌ای، سرمایۀ فرهنگی تجسم‌یافته و تعامل اجتماعی و مقاومت و مذاکره دربارۀ هنجارهای فرهنگی. در مقام تطبیق و مقایسه، «راتاتویی» در بازنمایی قدرت دگرگون‌کنندۀ خلاقیت و هنر آشپزی، به‌چالش‌ کشیدن تعصبات اجتماعی و ترویج فراگیری در دنیای آشپزی، برتر از دو اثر دیگر ظاهر می‌شود. بازنمایی سرمایۀ فرهنگی در این انیمیشن برجسته‌تر است و تفسیری از شکل‌گیری هویت فراتر از هنجارهای مرسوم ارائه می‌دهد.نتیجه‌گیری: کاوش سرمایۀ فرهنگی و شکل‌گیری هویت در میان فیلم‌های انیمیشن، ارتباط وثیقی با تجارب انسانی و پویایی‌های اجتماعی دارد. هر یک از انیمیشن‌های «شگفت‌انگیزان»، «وال- ای» و «راتاتویی»، شخصیت‌هایی را به‌تصویر می‌کشند که در حال تغییر هویت در میان بافت‌های اجتماعی هستند. این انیمیشن‌ها از طریق روایت‌ها و شخصیت‌های متقاعدکنندۀ خود، اهمیت پذیرش تنوع، به‌چالش‌ کشیدن هنجارها و پرورش فراگیری را برجسته می‌کنند.

analysis of cultural capital and identity formation in the animated movies the incredibles, wall-e, and ratatouille, based on pierre bourdieu’s theory of cultural capital

introduction: this study examines and analyzes the representation of cultural capital and identity formation in the animations the incredibles (2004), wall-e (2008), and ratatouille (2007). this research uses pierre bourdieu’s &cultural capital& theory as its theoretical framework to explore these animations’ thematic similarities and unique approaches regarding cultural capital and identity. this research aims to identify the role of cultural capital in shaping the identity of characters in the selected animations and to elucidate cultural taste and consumption within the context of identity formation.research method: the study employs qualitative analysis to investigate the dynamics of cultural capital and its impact on identity formation in the selected animations. the data collection process involves using a six-component model of cultural capital through detailed observation, in-depth reading of the animations, and extensive note-taking. data interpretation includes synthesizing and aligning these observations to identify patterns and contradictions.findings: analysis of the selected animations reveals eight common themes related to cultural capital and identity formation: formation of cultural identity and social networks, social stratification and mobility, symbolic power dynamics and recognition, educational background and professional identity, cultural consumption and taste, cultural narratives, and media representation, embodied cultural capital and social interaction, and resistance and negotiation of cultural norms. in comparison, ratatouille stands out in its representation of the transformative power of creativity and culinary art, challenging social prejudices and promoting inclusivity in the culinary world. this animation’s representation of cultural capital is more pronounced, offering an interpretation of identity formation beyond conventional norms.conclusion: exploring cultural capital and identity formation among animated films is closely linked to human experiences and social dynamics. each of the incredibles, wall-e, and ratatouille portrays characters undergoing identity changes within social contexts. through their compelling narratives and characters, these animations highlight the significance of embracing diversity, challenging norms, and fostering inclusivity.
