اندازه‌گیری کارآیی نسبی هیات‌های ورزشی استان البرز با رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها

این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده که به روش میدانی انجام شد. این پژوهش بر اساس اطلاعات 25 هیات ورزشی فعال در استان البرز که برای متغیرهای ورودی و خروجی داده داشته‌اند اجرا شد و کارآیی نسبی آنها با روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تعداد ورزشکاران تحت پوشش هیات و میزان بودجه دردسترس هیات به عنوان شاخص‌های ورودی و تعداد مسابقات برگزارشده توسط هیات، تعداد مسابقات اعزامی (داخلی، خارجی)، تعداد مقام‌های بدست‌آمده، تعداد دوره‌های مربیگری برگزارشده و تعداد دعوت‌شدگان به تیم ملی به عنوان شاخص‌های خروجی درنظر گرفته شد. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، نرم‌افزارdea solver مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌های ccr و bcc ورودی‌محور و خروجی‌محور توسط تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که از میان 25 هیات مورد بررسی، 13 هیات کارا و 12 هیات ناکارا بودند. همچنین با استفاده از مدل اندرسون پیترسون رتبه‌بندی نهایی هیات‌ها انجام شد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده می‌تواند دلیل عدم کارآیی هیات‌های ناکارا را شناسایی و نحوه کارا شدن آنها با الگوبرداری از هیات‌های کارآمد را مشخص کرد.

Assessing the efficiency of Alborz sport Concils by Data Envelopment Analysis Approach

Performance evaluation provides a good context to motivate and facilitate the organization's goals. The purpose of this study was to assess the efficiency of sport concils of Alborz province. In this research, Data Envelopment Analysis Technique was used. This study was applied and descriptiveanalytical which was done by field method. This study was conducted based on the information of 25 active sport concils in Alborz province that had data for input and output variables and the relative efficiency of sport concils has been investigated by Data Envelopment Analysis method. The criteria selected for entry are: “the number of athletes covered by the board”, “the amount of funds available to the board” and outcomes including “the number of competitions held by the board itself”, “the number of contests (internal and external)”, “the number of positions obtained”, “the number of courses coaches” and “the number of invited to the national team”. DEA Solver software was used to analyze the data and evaluate it. The data were analyzed using two CCR and BCC input and axis inputs in the Data Envelopment Analysis method. The results of the data analysis showed that out of 25 sport concils surveyed, 13 were efficient and 12 were inefficient. According to the results, it is possible to identify the reason for the inefficiency of inefficient sport concils and to determine how they become efficient by following the model of efficient sport concils.
