شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر امنیت اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از روش ترکیبی دلفی فازی و مدل های ریاضی madm

روش تحقیق آمیخته ترکیبی از روش های کیفی و کمی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دو بخش کیفی و کمی بود. در بخش کیفی، خبرگان (اساتید دانشگاهی) مدیریت اماکن ورزشی بودند که تعداد 11 نفر اعضای پنل دلفی جامعه را تشکیل می دادند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری این پژوهش را مدیران و کارکنان مجموعه های ورزشی شهر کرج بودند (785=n). مراحل اجرای این تحقیق را می توان در قالب 2 مطالعه کلی تشریح کرد. در مطالعه اول، مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر امنیت مجموعه های ورزشی از دید خبرگان شناسایی شد که عبارتند از: کنترل محیطی، کنترل ورودی ها، بررسی صلاحیت و اعتبار نامه افراد، سیستم های حفاظت فیزیکی، مدیریت ریسک، مدیریت امور اضطراری، ارتباطات، پرسنل امنیتی، آموزش (الگو سازی و شبیه سازی)، محافظت در برابر مواد سمی، ساختار مکان ورزشی و اقدامات فرهنگی. در مطالعه دوم نیز، عوامل بدست آمده از مطالعه قبلی، در قالب پرسشنامه ای در میان اعضای نمونه آماری توزیع شد و با استفاده از روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره، عوامل بدست آمده رتبه بندی شدند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دادند که، سیستم های حفاظت فیزیکی مهم ترین عامل در تامین امنیت مجموعه های ورزشی می باشد و بعد از آن به ترتیب پرسنل امنیتی، ساختار مکان ورزشی، بررسی صلاحیت و اعتبارنامه افراد، کنترل ورودی ها، مدیریت امور اضطراری و غیره قرار داشتند.

Identifying and prioritizing factors affecting the security of sport facilities Based on Fuzzy Delphi and MADM

The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the security of Iranian sports complexes. The mixed research method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of this study consists of two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative section, sports management experts have comprised 11 Delphi panel members. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of this study is managers and staff of Karaj sports complexes (N = 785). In the qualitative section, all 11 Delphi Panel Experts have been selected as the sample. In the quantitative section 121 questionnaires have been returned to the researcher. The process of performing this research can be described in two general studies. In the first study, based on the fuzzy Delphi method, experts have identified the most important factors affecting the security of sports complexes: Environmental Control, Entrance Control, Qualification and Accreditation, Physical Protection Systems, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Communications, Security Personnel, Training (Modeling and Simulation), Protection against Toxic Substances, Sports Location Structure and Cultural Activities. In the second study, the factors obtained from the previous study have been distributed among the members of the sample through a questionnaire and the factors have been prioritized using multi Attribute decisionmaking methods. The results of this study show that physical protection systems are the most important factor in securing sports complexes, followed by security personnel, sports facility structure, qualification and accreditation, entrance control, emergency management, environmental control, Education, risk management, communication, protection against toxic substances and cultural practices.
