پیامدهای رفتارهای مصرفی پایدار سازمانی در منطقه صنعتی پارس جنوبی (عسلویه)

هدف: امروزه آثار مخرب زیست محیطی در سراسر جهان به دلیل دخالتهای انسانی به وضوح مشاهده می شود برخی از این رفتارها منشا فردی دارند اما بخش عمده ای از آنها به فعالیتهای سازمانی مرتبط است. در این میان نقش سازمانهای صنعتی به دلیل نوع محصولاتی که تولید میکنند، در آلودگی محیط زیست بسیار پررنگ تر از رفتارهای فردی است در نتیجه ضرورت دارد که مطالعاتی در این حوزه انجام شود تا ماهیت رفتارهای مصرفی سازمانها و پیامدهای زیست محیطی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعهی رفتارهای مصرفی پایدار در منطقه عسلویه انجام شده است تا پیامدهای زیست محیطی شرکتهای فعال در این منطقه شناسایی شود و بر این اساس استراتژیها و سیاست گذاری های مناسبی برای حفظ محیط زیست جلوگیری از تخریب آن و تلاش برای رشد و توسعه ی پایدار تدوین گردد. روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده و از مصاحبه های عمیق برای گردآوری دادهها استفاده شده است. تحلیل دادهها به روش تحلیل تم انجام شده است که در آن موضوعات اصلی و فرعی مورد بحث در مصاحبه ها استخراج و تحلیل شده اند.یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که رفتارهای مصرفی پایدار سازمانها پیامدهای متعددی دارند که از جمله ی آنها میتوان به بهره وری سازمانی برندسازی سازمانی کاهش هزینه های عملیاتی و افزایش مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی اشاره کرد در مجموع 165 کد آزاد از دادههای گردآوری شده استخراج شد که در قالب 47 تم فرعی کد) (محوری و 32 تم اصلی کد) (انتخابی) دسته بندی گردید از میان این تمهای اصلی 32 پیامد کلیدی شناسایی شد که نشان دهنده اهمیت رفتارهای زیست محیطی و پیامدهای سازمانی در سطوح مختلف در منطقه ی عسلویه است.نتیجه گیری پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد که تاکنون مطالعه ی مشابهی با این رویکرد در خصوص رفتارهای مصرفی زیست محیطی سازمانهای صنعتی در ایران انجام نشده است. نتایج این مطالعه میتواند به مدیران صنعت پتروشیمی در کشور کمک کند تا تصمیمات موثرتری در جهت حفظ محیط زیست و بهبود عملکرد سازمان های خود اتخاذ کنند اتخاذ سیاستهای مناسب در این زمینه نه تنها به کاهش آلودگی محیطی کمک می کند بلکه موجب افزایش بهره وری سازمانها ارتقای جایگاه برند آنها و کاهش هزینه های عملیاتی نیز خواهد شد همچنین این پژوهش به محققان و صاحب نظران کمک میکند تا در تحقیقات آینده به توسعه ی مطالعات مرتبط با رفتارهای زیست محیطی پرداخته و راهکارهای موثرتری را در جهت پایداری محیط زیست ارائه دهند. در نهایت، تاکید بر رویکردهای پایدار در صنایع آلاینده نظیر صنعت پتروشیمی، میتواند به ایجاد تعادل میان رشد اقتصادی توسعه ی صنعتی و حفظ محیط زیست منجر شود رفتارهای از جمله، بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی مدیریت پسماند توسعه فناوریهای مدیریت پسماند آموزش و آگاهی و سیاست گذاری در این زمینه میتواند به تقویت این تعادل کمک کند.

explaining the consequences of organizational sustainable consumption behaviors in the south pars industrial zone (asaluyeh)

objective: nowadays, the detrimental environmental impacts caused by human interventions are clearly observable worldwide. some of these behaviors originate at the individual level, but a significant portion is associated with organizational activities. industrial organizations play a crucial role in environmental pollution due to the nature of their products,making it essential to conduct studies in this field to examine theconsumption behaviors of organizations and their environmentalconsequences. this study aims to investigate sustainable consumption behaviors in the assaluyeh region to identify the environmental outcomes of companies operating in this area. based on these findings, appropriate strategies and policies can be developed to preserve the environment, prevent its degradation, and contribute to sustainable growth anddevelopment.method: this research was conducted using a qualitative approach,employing in-depth interviews for data collection. the data were analyzedusing thematic analysis, where key and subsidiary themes discussed in theinterviews were extracted and examined.findings: the results of this research indicate that the environmentalbehaviors of organizations have multiple consequences, includingorganizational productivity, organizational branding, reduction ofoperational costs, and increased social responsibility. in total, 165 opencodes were extracted from the collected data, which were categorized into47 sub-themes (axial codes) and 70 main themes (selective codes). amongthese main themes, 32 key outcomes were identified, highlighting thesignificance of environmental behaviors and organizational consequencesat various levels in the assaluyeh region.conclusion: the present study indicates that no similar research has beenconducted regarding the environmental behaviors of industrialorganizations in iran. the findings of this study can assist petrochemicalindustry managers in the country to make more effective decisions aimedat preserving the environment and improving the performance of theirorganizations. implementing appropriate policies in this regard not onlycontributes to the reduction of environmental pollution but also enhancesorganizational productivity, elevates their brand position, and reducesoperational costs. furthermore, this research aids scholars and experts indeveloping related studies on environmental behaviors in futureinvestigations, providing more effective solutions for environmentalsustainability. ultimately, emphasizing sustainable approaches in pollutingindustries, such as the petrochemical sector, can lead to a balance betweeneconomic growth, industrial development, and environmentalpreservation. behaviors such as optimizing energy consumption, wastemanagement, developing waste management technologies, raisingawareness, and policy-making in this area can significantly strengthen thisbalance
