چکیده
|
در این پژوهش قصد بر این است تا نقش رهبری و مدیریت در توسعه ظرفیت‌های کارآفرینی و نوآوری در مراکز فرهنگی و هنری بررسی شود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مراکز فرهنگی و هنری در استان اصفهان است؛ و نمونه آماری کلیه مدیران و کارکنان مراکز فرهنگی و هنری که بر اساس جدول مورگان 341 نفر به دست آمد برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد که به روش نمونه‌‌گیری در دسترس میان مدیران و کارکنان مراکز فرهنگی و هنری توزیع و جمع‌آوری گردید. روایی پرسشنامه به‌صورت تشخیصی، همگرا و واگرا و پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. آزمون مدل پژوهش بر اساس روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رهبری بر توسعه ظرفیت‌های کارآفرینی تاثیر معناداری دارد؛ مدیریت بر توسعه ظرفیت‌های کارافرینی تاثیر معناداری دارد؛ رهبری بر نوآوری تاثیر معنی داری دارد و درنهایت تاثیر مثبت معنادار مدیریت بر نوآوری تایید شد.

The Impact of Leadership and Management on the Development of Entrepreneurial Capacities and Innovation

Abstract
|
In this study, the role of leadership and management in the development of entrepreneurial and innovation capacities in cultural and artistic centers is investigated. The statistical population includes all cultural and artistic centers in Isfahan province; Statistical sample of all managers and staff of cultural and artistic centers, which was obtained based on Morgan table of 341 people, a standard questionnaire was used to measure variables, which was distributed and collected among managers and staff of cultural and artistic centers by available sampling method. The validity of the questionnaire was diagnostic, convergent and divergent and the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The research model was tested based on the structural equation method using LISREL software. The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on the development of entrepreneurial capacity; Management has a significant impact on the development of entrepreneurial capacity; Leadership has a significant effect on innovation and finally the significant positive effect of management on innovation was confirmed.
