ارائه روشی برای اندازه‌گیری بلوغ هوش تهدید سایبری در مراکز عملیات امنیت سازمان‌ها

وجود سرویس‌های مناسب در مرکز عملیات امنیت (soc) و استفاده موثر از هوش تهدیدات سایبری (cti) در سازمان‌ها، یکی از بهترین راهکارها و فرایندهای نوین امنیت سایبری است. مراکزی که به هوش تهدید سایبری دسترسی ندارند، وظیفه پیچیده و دشواری برای کشف و مقابله با رفتارهای نامتعارف، از روی لاگ‌ها و رویدادها، خواهند داشت. به عبارت دیگر، وجود هوش تهدید سایبری بعد پیشگیرانه در حوزه امنیت سایبری را بیشتر تقویت می‌کند و باعث می‌شود سازمان سریع‌تر و پیش از مهاجمین و مجرمین سایبری در خصوص نواقص امنیتی خود آگاه شده و نسبت به رفع آنها اقدام کند. این تحقیق درصدد آن است که با ارائه روشی مناسب میزان بلوغ هوش تهدید سایبری را در مرکز عملیات امنیت اندازه گیری نموده و فرصت‌های بهبود را مطرح نماید. مدل ارائه شده در فرایند هوشمندسازی پلیس پیاده‌سازی گردیده و با متناسب‌سازی قابل پیاده‌سازی در سایر سازمان‌ها و مراکز عملیات آنها می‌باشد.نتایج پیاده سازی نشان می‌دهد که سازمان بایستی وجوه مدیریتی و ساختاری هوش تهدید سایبری را متناسب با فناوری‌های مربوطه توسعه دهد. وجود مرکز عملیات امنیت که بر اساس نیازمندی‌های هوش تهدید و تطبیق پذیری با این تحول ارزیابی‌های مربوطه را انجام داده است از نقاط قوت سازمان است و سازمان می‌تواند از این امکانات در جهت بهبود وضعیت مقوله‌های حکمرانی و مدیریتی هوش تهدید سایبری و بهبود مدیریت اکوسیستم آن اقدام نماید. توسعه متوازن این ابعاد باعث می‌شود راهبردهای هوش تهدید سایبری مانند چابکی، تمرکز زدایی و نظایر آنها قابل پیاده سازی باشند.

providing a method for measuring the maturity of cyber threat intelligence in organizations' security operations centers

the existence of appropriate services in the security operations center (soc) and the effective use of cyber threat intelligence (cti) in organizations is one of the best solutions and modern processes for cybersecurity. centers that do not have access to cyber threat intelligence will have a complex and difficult task of discovering and dealing with unusual behaviors from logs and events. in other words, the existence of cyber threat intelligence further strengthens the preventive dimension in the field of cybersecurity and makes the organization aware of its security deficiencies faster and before cyber attackers and criminals and take action to fix them. this research seeks to provide an appropriate method to measure the maturity of cyber threat intelligence in the security operations center and to propose opportunities for improvement. the model presented has been implemented in the police intelligence process and can be implemented in other organizations and their operation centers with adaptation. the implementation results show that the organization should develop the management and structural aspects of cyber threat intelligence in accordance with the relevant technologies. the existence of a security operations center that has conducted relevant assessments based on threat intelligence requirements and adaptability to this evolution is one of the strengths of the organization, and the organization can use these facilities to improve the governance and management of cyber threat intelligence and improve its ecosystem management. the balanced development of these dimensions makes cyber threat intelligence strategies such as agility, decentralization, and the like implementable.
