هوش مصنوعی در پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم؛ مزیت ها و چالش ها

در حال حاضر، بسیاری از نهادها در سراسر جهان، با اتکا به داده‌های دریافتی و به لطف دقت و سرعت هوش مصنوعی در پیش‌بینی اتفاقات، اقدامات مجرمانه را شناسایی، پیش‌بینی و پیشگیری می‌کنند و در مجموع قابلیت‌های هوش مصنوعی در پیش‌بینی و پیشگیری از جرم، عمدتاً در فناوری‌های نظارتی و پلیسی خود را نشان می‌دهد. الگوریتم‌های هوش مصنوعی با بهره‌گیری از مجموعه‌ای از داده‌های جمعیتی و پلتفرم‌های شبکه‌های اجتماعی، می‌توانند الگوها، ترندها و روابط میان آنها را که شاید در تحلیل‌های انسانی از قلم بیفتند، شناسایی کنند، اما علاوه بر مزیت ها چالش های در این زمینه وجود دارد که هدف پژوهش شناسایی مزیت ها و چالش های پیش رو در امر پیشگیری از جرم می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نظر روش کیفی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل نخبگان متخصص و متبحر در موضوع فناوری و پیشگیری از جرم می باشند، که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری، 15 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و برای اطمینان از روایی از نظرات اساتید و برای پایایی از روش باز آزمون، مقایسه و تکرار پذیری استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده به روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم افزاز مکس کیودا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت، بر اساس یافته ها به ترتیب تعداد 15 و 9 مولفه به عنوان مزیت و چالش های پژوهش حاضر شناسایی گردید.

currently, many institutions around the world, relying on the received data and thanks to the accuracy and speed of artificial intelligence in predicting events, identify, predict and prevent criminal actions, and in total, the capabilities of artificial intelligence in predicting and preventing crime, it mainly manifests itself in surveillance and police technologies. using a set of demographic data and social networking platforms, ai algorithms can identify patterns, trends, and relationships between them that may be missed by human analysis. but in addition to the opportunities, there are challenges in this field, and the purpose of the research is to identify the opportunities and challenges ahead in crime prevention. the current research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical nature and in terms of qualitative method. the statistical population includes experts and experts in technology and crime prevention, and 15 of them were selected as a sample with the purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation principle. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and was used to ensure the validity of the professors' opinions and for the reliability of the open test, comparison and repeatability method. the collected data were analyzed by thematic analysis method and using maxqda software, according to the findings, 15 and 9 components were identified as the advantages and challenges of the current research.
