تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات در پیشگیری از بحران های امنیتی

فناوری اطلاعات و تحولات فناورانه ناشی از آن، در حکمرانی و مدیریت بحران های امنیتی می‌تواند نقش اساسی ایفا ‌نماید. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی و سنجش میزان تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات در پیشگیری از بحران‌های امنیتی (مورد مطالعه: سافا) می‌باشد. پژوهش به صورت کمی و پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری، شامل تعداد 270 نفر از کارشناسان سافا فراجا و تهران بزرگ بودند که حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری کوکران به صورت تصادفی ساده تعداد 155 نفر محاسبه گردیده و پرسشنامه در بین جامعه نمونه توزیع و در نهایت تعداد 147 پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید. سنجش روایی پرسشنامه، از طریق خبرگان فناوری اطلاعات و امنیت انجام و میزان پایایی نیز بالای 0.7 بود. داده‌ها با نرم افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. بر مبنای یافته‌های پژوهش، متغیر بهره‌برداری اطلاعاتی هوشمند با ضریب تعیین 0.27بیشترین تاثیر و به ترتیب متغیرهای یکپارچه‌سازی و هوشمندسازی بانک‌های اطلاعاتی با ضریب تعیین 0.26، هوشمندی در بعد نرم‌افزاری فناوری اطلاعات با ضریب تعیین0.21 و هوشمندی در بعد سخت‌افزاری فناوری اطلاعات با ضریب تعیین 0.19 توانایی تاثیرگذاری بر پیشگیری از بحران‌های امنیتی را دارند. نتایج بدست آمده حاکیست استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ابعاد آن در ماموریت‌های امنیتی و پیشگیری از بحران‌های امنیتی دارای اثرات قابل توجهی است، لذا ضروری است متولیان و کارگزاران، برای پیشگیری موثر و پیش دستانه از بحران‌های امنیتی، از قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و هوشمندسازی ماموریت‌های سازمانی برای مقابله با بحران ها و جرائم تاثیرگذار در این حوزه بهره‌برداری نمایند.

information technology can play an essential role in the governance and management of security crises. the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of information technology in preventing security crises the research was quantitative included 270 experts from safa faraja and greater tehran, and the sample size was calculated as 155 people using cochran's simple random sampling method, and the questionnaire was distributed among the sample population and in a total of 147 questionnaires were collected. validity assessment of the questionnaire was done by information technology and security experts and the reliability rate was above 0.7. data were analyzed with spss software. based on the findings of the research, the variable of intelligent information exploitation with a coefficient of determination of 0.27 has the greatest impact, and the variables of integration and intelligentization of databases with a coefficient of 0.26, intelligence in the software dimension of information technology with a coefficient of 0.21, and intelligence in the hardware dimension of information technology respectively. with a determination coefficient of 0.19, they have the ability to influence the prevention of security crises. the obtained results indicate that the use of information technology and its dimensions in security missions and the prevention of security crises have significant effects, therefore, it is necessary for the trustees and brokers, for the effective and proactive prevention of security crises, to use the capabilities of information technology and the intelligence of organizational missions. to deal with crises and effective crimes in this area.
