ابعاد هوشمند سازی مدیریت انتظامی یکپارچه پیشگیری از جرم

در عصر کنونی سهم فناوری در عرصه‌های مختلف اعم از فردی، اجتماعی و سازمانی غیر قابل انکار است. فناوری‌ها در بستر دانشِ پرشتاب رشد و به پیش ران‌های تحول در حوزه‌هایی مانند پیشگیری از جرم تبدیل شده‌اند. بطوریکه با ورود و ظهور فناوری‌های نوین، ظرفیت مدیریت پیشگیری از جرم نیز با اتکا به این دستاوردها توسعه یافته و ضمن تسهیل و تسریع در فرایندها، مدیریت انتظامی را نیز بهبود می‌بخشد. لیکن گستردگی دامنه فعالیت‌های این حوزه، ضرورت یکپارچگی مدیریت انتظامی در راستای پیشگیری از جرم را  با تمرکز بر هوشمندسازی ملموس‌تر می‌سازد که شناسایی ابعاد آن، هدف اصلی این پژوهش کیفی است؛ که از نظر هدف، کاربردی با ماهیت تحلیل محتوای جهت‌دار می باشد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش، 18 نفر از کارشناسان خبره فراجا هستند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شده‌اند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها نیز میدانی و ابزار آن مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته می‌باشد. داده‌ها به روش صوری و تکرارپذیری از نظر روایی و پایایی تایید و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا استفاده شده است. در مجموع 42 شاخص و 8 مولفه ذیل  3 بعد اصلی(بعد سخت افزاری هوشمندسازی مدیریت انتظامی یکپارچه پیشگیری از جرم، بعد نرم افزاری هوشمندسازی مدیریت انتظامی یکپارچه پیشگیری از جرم، بعد انسان افزاری هوشمندسازی مدیریت انتظامی یکپارچه پیشگیری از جرم) شناسایی شدند که ساختار، منابع، تجهیزات، هوشمندسازی فرایندها، اشراف اطلاعاتی، پیشگیری فناورانه، بینش راهبردی، دانش و مهارت از جمله مولفه‌های آن ابعاد می‌باشند.

dimensions of intelligence in the integrated police management of crime prevention

in today's the contribution of technology in various fields including individual, social and organizational is undeniable. technologies have grown in the context of rapid knowledge and have become drivers of transformation in areas such as crime prevention. so that with the arrival and emergence of new technologies, the capacity of crime prevention management is also developed by relying on these achievements and while facilitating and accelerating the processes, it also improves the police management. however, the wide range of activities in this field makes the necessity of the integration of police management in the direction of crime prevention more concrete by focusing on intelligence, the identification of its dimensions is the main goal of this qualitative research; in terms of purpose, it is practical with the nature of directional content analysis. the participants in this research are 18 faraja expert experts who were selected by purposeful sampling until theoretical saturation. the method of data collection is field and the tool is semi-structured interview. the data has been confirmed by formal and reproducibility in terms of validity and reliability, and maxquda software has been used for data analysis. in total, 42 indicators and 8 components under 3 main dimensions (hardware dimension of intelligentization of integrated policing management of crime prevention, software dimension of intelligentization of integrated policing management of crime prevention, human dimension of intelligentization of integrated policing management of crime prevention) were identified that the structure, resources, equipment, intelligentization of processes, information aristocracy, technological prevention, strategic insight, knowledge and skills
