تحلیل تاثیر پذیری پذیرش سیاست‌های امنیت سایبری از مولفه‌های آن با نقش تعدیلگری

در این مطالعه، به تحلیل تاثیرپذیری پذیرش سیاست‌های امنیت سایبری از مولفه‌های آن با نقش تعدیلگری ویژگی‌های شخصیتی فردی بررسی شده‌است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی – همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان سازمان تامین اجتماعی در شهر کرج انتخاب شدند به تعداد 179 نفر که برای بدست آوردن حجم نمونه از نرم افزار جی پاور 121 نفر برآورد گردید و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد استفاده شده‌است. پایایی با استفاده از ضریب امگا مک‌دونالد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و روایی صوری و محتوا با نظر استاد راهنما و خبرگان مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های به‌دست آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری spss و 4pls صورت گرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که دیدگاه جریمه بر قصد اجابت قوانین سایبری تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد. ارزیابی مقابله بر قصد اجابت قوانین سایبری تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد و ارزیابی تهدید بر قصد اجابت قوانین سایبری تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری ندارد. همچنین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی فردی بر رابطه بین ارزیابی تهدید و مقابله و دیدگاه‌های جریمه و پذیرش سیاست‌های امنیت سایبری تاثیردارد؛ بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که پذیرش سیاست‌های امنیت سایبری، ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر برای سازمان‌ها و نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی است. این سیاست‌ها، چارچوبی را برای حفاظت از زیرساخت‌های سایبری و اطلاعات حساس فراهم می‌کنند. رعایت این سیاست‌ها، امنیت سایبری را بهبود بخشیده و از وقوع حملات سایبری جلوگیری می‌کند.

analyzing the effectiveness of cyber security policy acceptance of its components with a moderating role individual personality traits

in this study, the effectiveness of the adoption of cyber security policies has been analyzed from its components with the moderating role of individual personality traits. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. the statistical population of the research included the employees of the social security organization in karaj city, 179 people were selected, was estimated to be 121 people to obtain the sample size jpower software a.in this research, a standard questionnaire was used to collect information. reliability was evaluated using mcdonald's omega coefficient, and face and content validity were evaluated and confirmed by the opinion of the supervisor and experts. also, the analysis of the obtained data has been done using spss and 4pls statistical software. the findings showed that the perception of fines has a positive and significant effect on the intention to comply with cyber laws. the assessment of coping has a positive and significant effect on the intention to comply with cyber laws, and the assessment of threat does not have a positive and significant effect on the intention to comply with cyber laws. also, individual personality characteristics have effect on the relationship between threat assessment and countermeasures, penalty views and acceptance of cyber security policies; concluded that the adoption of cyber security policies is an inevitable necessity for public and private organizations and institutions. these policies provide a framework for protecting cyber infrastructure and sensitive information. compliance with these policies improves cyber security and prevents cyber attacks.
