پهپاد‌ها و کاربرد آنها در امنیت عمومی و پلیس هوشمند ‏

امروزه استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در هوشمند سازی شهرها و پلیس بسیار حائز اهمیت است. با توسعه مباحث اینترنت اشیاء و شهر هوشمند، قابلیت دسترسی آسان به ارتباطات با قابلیت اطمینان بالا و فراهم کردن زمینه ای برای پوشش و اتصال سریع به عنوان یک نیاز حیاتی برای سیستم‌های مخابراتی بی سیم نسل بعد مطرح می‌شود. هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین نقش مهمی در ارائه خدمات ارتباطی بی‌سیم به موقع و ضروری برای بازیابی خدمات بلافاصله پس از فاجعه و کاربرد‌های امنیت عمومی، شهر هوشمند و پلیس هوشمند ایفا می‌کنند. همکاری بین هواپیماهای بدون سرنشین و زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی قادر است از الزامات امنیت عمومی مانند آنالیز آنی، نظارت آنی و تصمیم گیری پیشرفته برای کمک به شهرهای هوشمند پشتیبانی کند تا این شهرها نیازمندی‌های امنیت عمومی خود را برآورده کنند. بنابراین، استقرار ارتباطات بیسیم مبتنی بر پهپاد می تواند با کمک به سازمانهای امنیت عمومی در مواجهه با تهدیدات و مدیریت بحران‌ها به شیوه ای کارآمد، افراد و اکوسیستم‌ها را نجات دهد. در این مقاله، انواع پهپاد‌ها و ویژگی‌های آنها بررسی شده و سپس مزایای استفاده از آنها برای کاربردهای امنیت عمومی و پلیس هوشمند بیان می شود. در ادامه، کاربرد‌های متنوع پهپاد‌ها در زمینه‌های مختلف شهر‌های هوشمند، پلیس هوشمند، نظامی و مدیریت بحران و شبکه‌های مخابرات سلولی نسل آینده، مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. همچنین، مزایا، محدودیت ها و چالش‌های مخابراتی و امنیتی این سیستم‌ها نیز بیان شده است.

UAVs and their Applications in Public Safety and Smart Police

Recently, the use of information and communication technology have very important role in smartening cities and the police. With the development of the internet of things and the smart city, the ability to easily access highreliability communications and provide a platform for fast coverage and connectivity is becoming a vital need for the next generation of wireless telecommunications systems. UAVs play an important role in providing timely and necessary wireless communication services for public safety applications, smart city, smart police and to recover services immediately after disasters. Collaboration between UAVs and communications infrastructure is able to support public safety requirements such as immediate analysis, immediate monitoring and advanced decisionmaking to help smart cities meet their public safety needs. Therefore, the deployment of UAVbased wireless communications can save individuals and ecosystems in an efficient way by helping public safety organizations deal with threats and disaster management. In this paper, the types of UAVs and their characteristics have been investigated, then, the benefits of their use for public safety and smart police applications are outlined. In the following, the various applications of UAVs in different aspects of smart cities, smart police, military and disaster management and nextgeneration cellular telecommunication networks have been discussed. The benefits, limitations, telecommunication and security challenges of these systems have also been addressed.
