With the advancement of technology, aerospace science and design of aircrafts have entered a new phase.obviously, in order to improve this industry, it is necessary to use up-to-date engineering technologies, butthe main issue is the high cost and time that are being spent on three-dimensional calculations in theaerodynamics analysis and design.by evaluating the results of two-dimensional analysis in numerical method for an amphibiousaircraft”icona5”, with the help of digital datcom in this article, it has been tried to approve 2-dnumerical method. after evaluation of 2-d numerical method, the hydrodynamic calculations of theamphibious aircraft is done via 2-d numerical method. so the main concern is showing that this method isfaster, less expensive and also accredited for the initial stages of hydro-aerodynamic design.
