فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های اقتصادی عضویت ایران در گروه بریکس پلاس

گروه بریکس به‌عنوان یک قدرت نوظهور اقتصادی به‎نبال افزودن تعداد اعضای خود و تشکیل ائتلاف بریکس پلاس بوده که ایران نیز در فهرست پیوستن به گروه مزبور قرار داشت که از ابتدای سال 2024 به این گروه پیوست. پژوهش حاضر در چارچوب نظری اقتصاد سیاسی بین‌المللی و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل اسنادی به‎نبال پاسخگویی به این سوال است که فرصت‌های و چالش‌های فراروی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در پیوستن به گروه بریکس پلاس کدم‌اند؟ فرضیه پژوهش عنوان می‌کند که پیوستن ایران به بریکس به‌موازات فرصت‌های فراوانی که قابلیت اجرایی شدن در افق زمانی قابل پیش‌بینی خواهد داشت، تهدیدهای قابل توجهی را نیز برای ج. ا. ایران رقم خواهد زد که محتاج اتخاذ تدابیر مناسب و راهبردهای اساسی است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بهره‌مندی از قدرت اقتصادی روزافزون کشورهای بریکس بهره‌مندی از نهادهای و سامانه‌های مالی جایگزین مهم‌ترین فرصت‌ها به‎شمار می‌آیند. پیچیدگی فرایند یکپارچگی و همکاری اقتصادی و چالش تعدیل تعرفه‌های تجاری مهم‌ترین تهدیدهای پیش روی ایران هستند؛ بنابراین لازم است شاخص‌های همچون اندازه‌گیری مزیت نسبی، پتانسیل تجاری و تجارت مکمل در صادرات و واردات که در سطح بین‌الملل مطرح هستند، محاسبه گردد تا فرصت‌های همگرایی تجاری ایران با کشورهای گروه بریکس مشخص و برای اخذ تصمیم‌های لازم در اختیار سیاست‌گذار قرار گیرد؛ بنابراین، اتخاذ یک دیپلماسی واقع‌بینانه، پویا، همه‌جانبه و سازگار با واقعیت‌های کشور ضروری بوده و مستلزم مطالعات و پژوهش‌های بیشتر در این خصوص است.

the brics group, as an emerging economic power, has sought to increase the number of its members and form the brics+ coalition, which iran joined this group from the beginning of 2024. the current research in the theoretical framework of international political economy and using the document analysis method seeks to answer the question, what are the opportunities and challenges facing the islamic republic of iran in joining the brics+ group? the hypothesis of the research states that iran's joining brics, in parallel with many opportunities that will be able to be implemented in the foreseeable time horizon, also poses significant threats that it needs to adopt appropriate measures and basic strategies. the findings of the research show that benefiting from the increasing economic power of the brics countries and benefiting from alternative financial institutions and systems are considered the most important opportunities. the complexity of the economic integration and cooperation process and the challenge of adjusting trade tariffs are the most important threats facing iran. therefore, it is necessary to calculate indicators such as the measurement of comparative advantage, commercial potential, and complementary trade in export and import, which are relevant at the international level, so that the opportunities for iran's commercial convergence with the brics countries are determined and provided to the policy makers for making the necessary decisions. therefore, it is necessary to adopt realistic, dynamic, comprehensive, and compatible diplomacy with the realities of the country and requires more studies and research in this regard.
