درآمدی بر بررسی نقش شرکت‌های فراملیتی در تداوم وابستگی اقتصادی ایران

در عصر جهانی‌ شدن، شرکت‌های فراملیتی به عنوان بازیگران نظام بین‌الملل و اقتصاد جهانی از قدرت بسیاری جهت تاثیرگذاری برخوردار بوده‌اند. در عصر حاضر نیز فراملیتی ها در عرصه اقتصاد و سیاست بین المللی تعیین کننده شده اند؛ بنابراین باید بررسی نمود که آن ها چگونه بر روند جریان بین المللی سرمایه و تکنولوژی اثر می گذارند. این پژوهش از مکتب وابستگی که یکی از رویکردهای رایج در بررسی موانع تاریخی توسعه در جهان است و از ظرفیت بالایی در تحلیل توسعه و توسعه یافتگی در جهان سوم برخوردار است، برای تحلیل نقش شرکت های فراملیتی در اقتصاد کشورهای در حال توسعه و ایران استفاده می کند. هدف پژوهش آن است که با رویکرد تحلیلی-توصیفی و در چارچوب دیدگاه های جدید وابستگی، نشان دهد فعالیت شرکت های فراملیتی در کشورهای در حال توسعه و ایران چه تاثیری بر روند وابستگی اقتصادی داشته است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که ورود شرکت های فراملیتی در کشورهای در حال توسعه، با هدف انتقال سرمایه و تکنولوژی، به دلیل مهیا نبودن بسترهای نهادی مناسب، به تحقق اهداف توسعه منجر نشده است. به این ترتیب ورود فراملیتی ها به لزوم رشد و توسعه اقتصادی را به همراه نداشته است و به تعمیق وابستگی منتهی شده است. تجربه تاریخی ایران نیز تاییدی بر بحث های نظری و تحلیلی است. با توجه به اینکه کشور قادر به استفاده مولد از سرمایه های داخلی نیست، بهره گیری مناسب از سرمایه های خارجی نیز محقق نشده است. همچنین انتقال تکنولوژی به کشور نیز به علت عدم وجود آمادگی تکنولوژی و عدم وجود امنیت حقوق مالکیت، در راستای توسعه کشور عمل نکرده و منجر به وابستگی اقتصاد ایران شده است.

an introduction to investigating the role of transnational corporation in the continuation of iran's economic dependence

in the era of globalization, transnational corporations, as actors in the international system and global economy, have gained significant power. these institutions currently wield such power in the global economy that we should focus on how they undermine governmental authority and affect the flow of international investment. this research utilizes the dependency approach, one of the common approaches to examining historical obstacles to development in iran, which has a high capacity to analyze development in the third world, in order to analyze the role of transnational corporations in iran's economy. the aim of this research is to show, through an analytical-descriptive approach and within the new framework of dependence theory (which pays special attention to the specific social, economic and political conditions of the country and the active role of the state as the main policy maker (, the effect of transnational corporations' activities on iran's dependence on the outside world. the findings of the research demonstrate that the entry of transnational corporations into developing countries, with the goal of transferring capital and technology, cannot be achieved without the preparation of suitable economic, political, legal, etc. conditions and platforms. in this case, the entry of transnational corporations will not only bring economic growth and development but may also deepen dependence and lead to the departure of domestic production enterprises. the analysis conducted in this research, based on the historical experiences of iran' economy, confirm the theoretical and analytical expectations. in iran, the inflow of capital and the transfer of technology by transnational corporations have not been carried out with a development approach that considers the internal conditions, leading to iran's economy becoming dependent on the outside world.
